My husband, son and I went to Carlos this past weekend for our 28th anniversary and it was a truly memorable dining experience. The restaurant is relatively small which made for an intimate environment. Service was highly attentive without being intrusive. The showcase was definitely the food. Menu descriptions sounded delectable and nothing disappointed. We're from NY and fairly critical... more
