We have eaten in Ruby Tuesday's in Conn, NY and Illinois. For the most part good. But our first at Gurnee,Illinois was a cut above. The salmon was moist and really first rate; but the veggies were a real surprise! Excellent. To top it off the server was courteous and informative; all in all a great time. To sum up... More

A family group ate dinner here after the mall closed. We all had entrees with the salad bar. Salad bar was fresh and inviting, even after usual dinner hours. Everyone enjoyed meals. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Would definitely come again!

Long live the classic restaurant salad bar! They have one here, and it has everything you'd expect - peas, mushrooms, a few prepared salads, a variety of dressings. Their croutons were to die for - crispy, salty, rye toasty. One could probably eat a plateful of those alone. Service was good, and the restaurant is a nice break from shopping... More

They have a nice salad bar and a good selection of food but the booths are horrible. You cannot sit back and relax they stick out into your back. After walking the mall for a few hours it was not fun to sit and eat while leaning forward

Excellent food and service both nights. Service was prompt and the food was hot when it was brought out.

Good meal with family, military gets a discount, not bad for a quick bite! A little cheezy on the atmosphere so don't look for ambiance.

If you do not want to leave the mall this is about your only option for a nice sit down restaurant. The salad bar is good, but overall the food is overpriced and the quality is alright. Next time I think we will leave the mall and go to one of the other many restaurants near the mall.

We were not greeted when we arrived, sat at the bar for about 10 min before we got menus. Drinks were watered down. While waiting for our food we saw the bartender refill another patrons glass from the tap and rub their used glass all over the tap that others are to drink from! I didn't touch my long island... We had not been to the restaurant since they had revamped the menu. Very impressed. We both had the asiago sirloin with frires. Steak was tender and juicy cooked to order, rare. Fries were fresh and crisp. Servoce was great. Our server was busy but she stopped and said she would be right back. A host/manager stopped by and even... More
