Boy howdy was this good! From the moment we walked in (once we got past the stares of the locals, feeling a bit like loose zoo animals, this turned into a lovely dinner. The server was great..bubbly and full of energy, attentive as needed and very nice. The food was good..all you can eat walleye was today's special. I'd definitely... More

I just had the best Prime Rob (12oz) the other day at Uncle Linnys. It was less than $13. it comes with two sides. They have a humble salad bar, but everything you would want on a salad for the most part. Service is great and they represent a Christian atmosphere playing contemporary Christian music over the sound system. It... More

Arrival 8:10 p.m. 12-11-13 (cold winter night) Restaurant wasn't busy We ordered two 3-piece chicken dinners. Chicken was fried to order and was hot. However, the chicken flour coating lacked flavor or seasoning. Bland. My potatoes and corn were lukewarm. Our table rocked. So I folded my newspaper and placed it under one of the legs to try to balance... More

Very old building but the portions are huge, prices very reasonable and the service was great. Husband had the 2 PC walleye and fries and was unable to finish it. I had the small burger & fries and it was the biggest patty/ three times the size of the bun. Service is fast, very friendly and it is easy to... More

I have family that live in the area. When I am in town, I always make a stop. I have had excellent service besides the last time I was there. I know they were busy, but the waitress forgot to put my order in. I sat there watching the rest of my family eat for 40 minutes. After I was... More

I had the fish special and it was great. The service was quick, it took a few minutes for the food to be delivered and whine it came it was piping hot. The fish filet was crispy, hot, tender and delicious! This was a great experience, highly recommend it.

Lady at front desk recommended this place for dinner. I thought the food was good. Had the grilled pork chops with a baked potato and green beans. Very flavorable and juicy. Good family environment and played Christian music in the background. Service was good too. Dinner for two was $18. Will go back again.

They have all-you-can-eat spcials and on Fridays some pretty good fried fish, but on my last visit we were getting good service until we got our food; then we couldn't get the waitress's attention for anything as we wanted seconds on fish and coffee and some water, but after we were ignored for so long, we just went and paid,... I asked the ladies at the front desk of the hotel, If they could only eat one more meal, locally, where would it be? Everybody, even the guest behind me said Uncle Linnys. I went. I was not impressed with the blandness of the food. I'm from south Mississippi and it's all about taking your tastebuds on a roller coaster... More
