Great place to eat

A friend of ours told us about this place. It's got a cool atmosphere and the prices are not bad. Our server was totally top notch! (shout-out to SHARON!!!)

We went on a locals recommendation, this time it failed us. The menu is boring, the food institutional, and the ambiance is dark. Won't repeat on our next trip down the river road.

If you love fish, this is a great option. Leaning heavily toward fried, the menu is varied, and the food is work-related and a good value. There is a terrific aquarium with turtles, large fish, etc.

My wife, I, and another couple had dinner here yesterday, 05/11/15 at about 5 pm. It was almost empty (off hours, and on a Monday) which is just the way we like it. We've been here many times, albeit years ago. It's great, but be reasonable in your expectations. If your looking for a 5-star dinner, then spend your $200... More

The quality of the food was typical fried fare. On past visits the food seemed fresher. The service was good.

Best part is the unique decor - each table has a large aquarium against the wall to view live fish, mostly denizens of the Mississippi River. Mostly fried fish entrees, prepared well. Great sides (baked beans and slaw).

OK--it was March--very low season--the place has a less than mediocre menu--food was pretty bad--I ordered Cod sandwich. It was hot, which was good; it was over-fried and tasteless, which was not good.

We went as a fun way to celebrate Valentine's day- as a FAMILY. While hubby and I have been before, this was our son's first time. I think that made it more fun for us, too. Sitting by tanks and watching fish was alot of fun- not to mention the enormous turtle! This is not a fine-dining place so do... More

Really neat place. Very cool fish tanks at your table. Lots of wooden beams, etc. kind of a log cabin look theme. Excellent wait staff. Fish was super yummy. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Definitely going back for a visit.

Were thinking the Fin Inn was going to be a little more upscale than it was. The food was good though and the fish, etc in the wall-size aquariums where pretty cool.
