good food and decent ambiance in the back

The food is really good. The atmosphere in the bar area is not bad. The average age of the main dining area looked to be about 60 and it's way too bright, so if that's not your scene go straight to the bar. The bread-rolls are amazing. Had the steak and pork schnitzel. Both were great.

Good quality food. Servers very polite. Conversation friendly noise level. An extra charge for grilled onions instead of raw on an already expensive hamburger. Lunch is much more economical than dinner.

Went there for an informal family gathering and sat in the atrium - very comfortable. It is a very diverse menu with quite a twist on classics. Two people at the table ordered the pot pie and everyone suddenly had food envy! It looked like a perfect pillow of puffed pastry amazing-ness. My salmon cakes were some of the best... More

I really liked this place. They have two dining rooms, a semi-formal one and a beautiful attached atrium room. We sat in the atrium where there is a bar and tv's. They bring you a popover as the bread at the beginning, it was delicious! I ordered the burger and a minestrone. The minestrone was a little too sweet for... More

This restaurant doesn't have a major presence, we almost missed it! We had breakfast between lunch and dinner, which we love to do. Everything was cooked to our specifications, pancakes, French toast, bacon, and potatoes. The potatoes were not "greasy"! Something that caught our attention, is that the national names and nationality of the waiters/waitresses are embroidered on their uniforms... More

My friends and I ordered a bottle of wine and several desserts and spent the whole afternoon just eating and drinking. The atmosphere is really nice and the wait staff was attentive but not overbearing.

I ate at Jolane's on a slow Tuesday night. The food and service where terrific. We had the calamari grilled which was very fresh and was served on a substantial bed of greens.....all very fresh. I had the medallions of beef that were perfect and included a side of asparagus that were the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is... More

Interesting menu, solid service and beautiful surroundings make this an enjoyable place. However, you do get to pay for the ambiance. Still, it's an enjoyable lunch or snack source neat Abt, which seems to be a source of most of its customers.

We randomly picked Jolane's for my sister in laws baby shower. We were able to make a reservation on line. We were given a great table with a little privacy so we could enjoy our lunch. The atmosphere was great, warm and inviting. The food was delicious. Great choices, generous portions. For a random pick, we were pleasantly surprised with... More
