We gathered for dessert and coffee, so I cannot tell you about the lunch menu, but the food looked great as it was being served. The desserts we ordered and devoured were mouth watering. The coffee was excellent. The place was packed at 2pm on a Sunday so that must tell you it is a favorite of the area. The... More

First time at Jolane's for lunch and it didn't disappoint. We walked in and were immediately tempted by the desserts (cakes, pastries, and cookies). Luckily, we had a reservation because the main dining room and the conservatory was pretty full for lunch. I ordered the Wagyu Bleu Cheese & Bacon burger, which came with fries, and it was more than... More

Always have had a great meal here. Nice atmosphere whether with business colleagues or alone. I really like the creative touches to the meal, like the grapes in the chicken salad, the freshly made breads and homemade chips. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and convenient to Abt Design Center. Have yet to enjoy a dessert there since I am always left full... More

Great place for lunch and dinner. Named after Grandma Abt. They have a wide ranging menu with a few traditional Austrian dishes thrown. I am confident almost everyone will find something they like.

This is the perfect lunch for a chilly gray day in the Chicago suburbs. Nice and hearty, with a subtle mix of flavors and textures. Now, that my tummy is full, do I have pumpkin pie special or the key lime?.... I swear I'm gonna marry the pastry chef.... really, I am, get that man out here so I can... More

This was the first time I went here. The inside of the place is clean, modern and maybe even a little hip. The service was outstanding: available, friendly and knew the menu. The menu was broad and offered some unique items. The wine list was adequate and had very reasonable pricing. My issue was with the entrees. They sounded better... More

I've enjoyed numerous lunches at Jolane's, and can recommend it. Service is usually pretty good. Thought we'd try it for Dinner late (for Glenview) 7:30pm on a Thursday night. The place was about 25% full. Service was awful. The waiter was never around. I had to flag down the hostess twice to track him down. He was confused when taking... More

After shopping at Abt across the parking lot we stopped at Jolane's because a friend said it was good, and because when you shop at Abt they have coupons by customer service for a free cup of coffee. Turns out it was also for 25% off our entire bill! We split the Goulash and the Wagyu Bacon Blue Cheese Burger.... More

,Limited but nice menu at fair prices, except deserts which may be overprice for size. Good service and comfortable seating.

Jolane's is an interesting place with a great physical layout and food to match. The menu has many choices and a couple of great specials every day. There's also a full bar, wine list & beer available. Though I haven't availed myself of it, there is a pastry case with some wonderful-looking selections for those who have room left after... More
