Eaten here on many occasions and unquestionably the best steak restaurant in the area. Service is alwaays very good once you get beyond the stuffy front of house performance . This restaurant knnows what it does well and reproduces it consistently .

We dined at Wildfire in Glenview for our wedding anniversary, and the evening was perfect. We were seated in one of the quieter rooms of the restaurant and had very attentive service. The wine choices offer flights of whites or reds, where you receive a nice sample of 4 varieties. I chose the Jazzy Reds. The pinot noir and shiraz... More

Great steak and seafood. Chopped salad can serve either as an accompaniment or as an entree. Bison meat balls are a terrific appetizer. Pleasant and attentive staff serving really good food. Wine selection is good as well.

Steaks and seafood is always at the excellent level of preparation and taste. Sides are sufficient for sharing and the atmosphere is nostalgic and very welcoming. Great service with a professional attitude and an understanding of what it takes to present a memorable meal.

My friend and I had two delicious lunch salads in a pleasant environment with wonderful nineteen forties ambience. I was amazed that the acoustics of the room kept the noise level down. The low lighting and comfortably upholstered booths was very relaxing. The wait staff were attentive, but they didn't rush around frantically. The atmosphere was fresh and interesting but... More

We order take out from the place on a regular basis. Even though they have changed the dressing, the chopped salad is excellent. They have a special alcove at the place right next to the entrance where one can get in and out very quickly and efficiently. You can zip in by parking next to the door.

After reading the reviews on this restaurant, it sounded so good that we decided to try it. The menu was quite impressive, with something for everyone: pork chops, steaks, vegetarian choices, sandwiches, you name it. They started our experience by serving warm corn bread and it was very flavorful. My husband ordered a center cut pork chop topped with chopped... More

We went to have a celebration lunch with my son who just went thru boot camp. Service was awesome. Food was great. Manager came out to thank him for serving and had many words of encouragement for my son. It made my eyes water the sincere appreciation and encouragement they gave my son! I highly recommend them for food that... More

Ordered the larger cut of filet, cooked rare, and it did not disappoint. Excellent flavor, not a speck of fat, the knife slid thru it almost like it slides thru butter, and it was cooked to perfection. The roasted vegetables were crisp and delicious, but way to greasy to be plain roasted; there was either oil or butter on them... More
