Step back in time 60 years to when going out for dinner meant something really special. From the decor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perfect for celebrating with friends or a quiet evening for two. The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Wildfire Chopped Salad and Cedar Planked Salmon. So order a signature martini or one of our many wines by the glass, then sit back and enjoy the quintessential 1940s supper club experience of Wildfire.

Too much rave about good food, large portions and noisy distracting atmosphere. Service is too quick and without personality. Cocktails are pricey but well made.

I've frequented many steak houses in Chicago and the surrouding suburbs the past 25 years and one of the best is Wildfire in Glenview. My favorite is the tender ribeye. I'm so spoiled by it that it's very difficult for me to order anything else on the menu. I'm not an appetizer person but I rave about their Caesar salad... More

Wildfire is a restaurant that will always result in a great meal, but it is not a restaurant to go to as a "spur of the moment" choice unless you are content eating at the bar. Making a reservation is your best bet

Really liked the atmosphere here and the service was great. Food quality was alright however I ordered the potatoe crusted scallops with sautéed spinach and there was basically no seasoning on it. The French onion soup was delicious however everyone else in my party was just moderately impressed with the food overall. The carrot cake is fabulous! This place is... More

Even though they have this wonderful wine special on Mondays, I do come here again and again while visiting family in Chicago suburbs. The chopped salad is a specialty of Wildfire that cannot be missed. I love the rich, Art Deco atmosphere and American standards music, and have never ordered anything on the menu that I wouldn't rave about. Love... More

Wildfire is serving 1/2 price bottles of wine on Monday evenings. If you have some to take home, they cork and seal it so you may safely take it. Appetizer; the crab cakes are great! You can never go wrong with a Wildfire chopped salad for the table. The bread is superb! The scallops entre is the best. Served with... More

We came for dinner, and the bar and restaurant was packed. The ambiance was fantastic. It was very clean with great lighting and decor. Tables were filled with people meeting up after work, couples, and families. There was a nice selection of wine and beers to choose from. We had the french onion soup, which was really salty. The bone... More

Nice place for a chain restaurant. The chopped salad is great. We have had many thing on the menu here and it's always consistent. The drinks are good and the service equally good. We always sit at the bar and the bartenders are very attentive.
