Pizza with friends

Great patio!! Music, spacey, fun! We had two pizzas (shared): one thin crust, one thick. The thin crust is definitely the way to go here! We had one with sausage and giardiniera which was very tasty. Had a moscow mule which tasted a little light on the liquor side, but it was good.

I spent my youth in Homewood and loved the pizza then. I still love it now. The sauce is great. The crust is crispy. The service is wonderful. Geneva is a good choice for a destination pizza for me. I know the owners are from Homewood too so I think they are trying to carry on the tradition here. Keep... More

the Aurilios pizza in Geneva is much better than their place in Downers Grove. Don't know why but the crust is excellent and great sauce and toppings. The only negative is it takes some time from ordering to pizza on the table. So, have really good thin pizza and have patience. It's worth it

Love Aurelio's. They have a great patio in the summer. Seriously though, what is in the sauce? Crack? The pizza is SO good!

I agree with the other recent reviews: this place is truly mediocre. As the last gentleman, the one from St. Louis, mentioned, the pizza here is unnecessarily drowned in cheese and tastes of salt. It's unhealthy. If one is used to crisp pizza, light pizza, brick-oven pizzaa--the kind with irregular edges, unique cheeses (such as goat cheese), and a tangy... More

With a real Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a 800-degree wood-fired oven, ingredients come alive. Not so with Aurelio's version in which there is so much cheese it is difficult to taste anything else. What you get is a mound of baked cheese over your chosen ingredients. Anybody could do this at home -- and with a higher quality of cheese.... More

We had a group of nine being served. The pizza's were great and the service impeccable. Great family place, outdoor seating available at this beautiful location.

This review is actually for the Aurelio's Pizza in Fort Meyers. I couldn't find them on Tripadvisor so this will have to do. Since moving to Miami, no pizza place is a good pizza place. Unless you like new york style pizza, flat, lifeless, barely any sauce, hardly any flavor. I literally drove 2 hours to fort meyers to get... More
