Several friends from Geneva recommended Preservation Bread & Wine, so we finally decided to check it out. I cannot imagine a better place for a date. We were impressed from the start by the small, quaint ambiance driven by the exposed brick, wall art, and classic tin ceiling. We were greeted by a gentleman who we would later meet as... More

Went here for a second visit today. Very packed at lunch with people waiting outside. Very professional the way they handled the crowd. Lucky to get a seat at the front window. Ordered last time favorite wild mushroom tart and it is rich and flavorful with the wild mushroom blend. Also tryed the bacon jam crostini with blue cheese and... More

We live 12 miles away and come back here time and time again. Small plates with lots of class. This restaurant is one of the best in DuPage County. Their Brioche toasted cheese sandwich is to die for, and we have always had excellent service here.

I have been to Preservation many times. It is one of my favorites in a long list of great places in Geneva. The food...amazing. Run by fantastic people. Secret parking in the back. Love it!

Preservation Bread & Wine is my favorite little spot for lunch or dinner. It's a great place to go with girlfriends or a date night. They have fabulous cheese plates, wine, soups and of course bread. Their sandwiches are unique and always hit the mark. My favorite dishes are the Crispy Duck Salad and the Falafel bites. My husband goes... More

I went here for the first time to meet a friend for lunch, and we had a blast. The food was fresh, unique and very flavorful. They have lots of different small dishes meant for sharing. We tried the bruschetta with the blue cheese, it was fresh but I wish it had more cheese on it! We also tried the... More

If you are looking for somewhere adventurous, then look no further this is it! From the short rib pot pie to the flatbreads this place is very unique in its food offering. Great wines too! The ONLY reason I gave it 4-stars instead of 5 is the pricing.

Great service and the food and wine are paired well. Location is good on Third street in Geneva and has excellent parking close by.

Waiting in too long of a line at Bien Truche had me researching other places to dine. I called Preservation and they said to come right over and be seated. Before we found the restaurant we could smell home cooking a block away. True to their word we garnered a seat outdoors. A very different menu awaited us. We were... More
