Great Waitress

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet meal on a Friday night here. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the food as well as Geneva. The food was hot and very good. It was a great way to begin a quick weekend away.

I will start with the fact that we LOVE Wildwood's bar and their bartender. It is a classic dark wood bar that is great to go in and have a drink in the afternoon or early evening. We just went for their Mother's Day brunch, which would make that the second time we have eaten here. Their staff was excellent,... More

This place is financially hurting. They close their doors for dining on week nights now at 8:30. BUT don't feel sorry for them! They pass their money troubles on to the Customer by DILUTING their LIQUOR with WATER - and then deny it! Gin on the rocks is hard to Dilute without a gin drinker noticing. It's a father son... First the good. The food was excellent! I had the blackened Swordfish and my wife had the Sea Bass. Both were cooked to perfection and some of the best fish I have had in the midwest. That being said I would not return here. We had a late reservation around 8:30 to celebrate a friends 40th birthday and we found... More

Whether you go for brunch, lunch or dinner - Wildwood is excellent. The holiday brunch is the best! The service is so warm and friendly. The dinner venue is amazing. The food is large portions and excellent. Very fresh and high quality food. One of the best in Geneva.

Just wanted to thank the people at Wildwood who made our dining experience wonderful. We dined on tues. Jan 13, 2015. We had a delicious dinner starting with a seafood fondue. YUM! My husband had the Prime Rib. It was cooked to perfection and so tender and tasty. I had the King Crab legs, again so sweet and tender!. We... More

On the plus side: whitefish was superb preparation as was the filet [see more in con side]; good wines. Tuna tartar excellent and can easily serve 2 as appetizer as can the artichoke fritters which were huge. Brussel sprouts in a maple based sauce with bacon were very tasty. Altho we did not have dessert there were many creative options.... More

A wonderful place for a business dinner. Good atmosphere, good service and tasty food. Try the date appetizer. Would love to go back and sit in the bar by the fireplace. A bit pricy for regular visits, great for a special meal.

Maybe it was because the reservations were made for New Years Eve, the service was terribly slow from being seated, to appetizers of crab cakes & bacon wrapped dates- the crab cakes were virtually tasteless and the bacon wrapped dates were like eating old hot dogs. The entrée of lamb chops were burnt to a crisp. The prices did not... More

We had our company Christmas party there for the last 3 years. This year was terrible. Poor service and food. All the entrees were flavorless. The deserts all tasted strange, as if they had been prepared days earlier. All of our guests enjoyed the party but agreed the food was terrible.
