Yummy lunch in a charming atmosphere

I recently ate here with my family that includes my three younger kids. They were charmed by the old timey decorations and we were charmed by the good service. If I wanted to go to a restaurant on earth, and feel like I'm in heaven, I would go to Landmark Cafe & Creperie in Galesburg, PA. I ate outside with my husband and the view was so beautiful, natural, and not buggy. The architecture was pleasing to the abundant, healthy, luscious nature too. The seat and table under the... You can't go wrong making a reservation at this restaurant. The menu is great. The dinning is casual. Both the food and service were outstanding. It is great to dine outside on the patio.

Both online and local sources say this is the best place in the would-be trendy part of town. Sadly, they might be right. The atmosphere is noisy, tempered with pleasant decor. The service was attentive. The food was nothing special. We had a panini, a pasta dish, and some soup, none of wh.ich was notable. It's ok, if you're in... More

The crab cake sliders were excellent. The duck breast salad was good. It could have used more of the extras read about on the menu. Staff very nice.

We were staying overnight in Galesburg and decided to eat here based on the fabulous tripadvisor reviews. We ordered the artichoke fettucine pasta dish. It arrived to us cold. We reported it to the waitress. She was very professional and offered to reheat the dish in the microwave. We declined and left. As we were leaving the resaurant gm said... More

Diverse menu, so I appreciated the staff's recommendations, and found portion sizes just right, although there are no sides with a crepe (good to know ahead). I had the veggie crepe then a small turtle waffle for dessert - both very good. Excellent coffee! Wish it was open the next morning on my way out of town!

This was a very nice day for a friend and I returning back from a conference. We stopped here and the food was out of this world. Love the décor and the gentleman who sold us some coffee. The coffee is very good. We had soup, crab cakes and salad and tea. And everything was perfect. It was a day... More

Until recently I am very bored with this "Landmark" restaurant in Galesburg- was pleasantly surprised when I dined there recently & had the ahi tuna appetizer - very fresh tuna and lots of it- loved the way it was seasoned. Also had the crab cake sliders- lots of crabmeat in them- so happy to see new selections & have them... More

My husband and I spent the night in Galesburg on our way to Iowa. Can't say enough good about this place. Service and food was outstanding! Eat here if you ever get the chance.
