Fun restaurant!

Food is very good as well as the service. We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner on a Saturday night, they had a live band and Irish dancers. Had a great time before heading back to our room.

We enjoyed our drinks here while staying in the hotel however we wished they would open the bar earlier than 4:00 pm and have more outdoor seating instead of the couple of tables in front of the hotel and a couple in the back. The bar is quaint, with a dimly lit Irish atmosphere, but it's also nice to take... More

We went on a Thursday late afternoon. No one knew we were there, kind of scary since there were five patrons in the place. Beer was a minimum of $6.50 per glass, wait staff was slow and not really into their job, we had an appetizer and it was OK.

We went to Ireland this year so while in Galena we thought why not try an Irish restaurant. The menu was basic Irish food but nothing was great. They seated us at our table & promptly ignored us for more than 15 minutes. I had to go get someone to wait on us. Once the waitress took our order the... More

The food was very good and reasonable. You got a lot for the money. There were 4 in my party and everyone of us enjoyed the food and drink. There were some Irish Cloggers that entertained the evening that we were there. They ranged in age for 17 to 8. It was very entertaining. When they had completed their show... More

I ate dinner with my husband here on both nights of our stay at the Irish Cottage Boutique Hotel, and we were very happy with our selections. The shepherd's pie and fish and chips were superb. I had a martini and my husband ordered a sampling of 4 beers on tap - both were well-presented and tasted terrific. We also... More

this was our third time coming to this Irish Pub. The food is very good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is like I would think an Irish Pub would be like. We stayed at the Irish Cottages a few years ago and loved it.
