Dining at the Goldmoor is an incredible experience. From the moment you drive up, you know that you are in a magical place where your every culinary wish can come true. No trip to Galena is complete without at least one dinner in this very special Galena gem.

Great dinner! Wow! We had the outside patio overlooking the Mississippi to ourselves for pre-dinner cocktails. Good wine selection. Meal was outstanding! We stayed at the Goldmoor Inn for our anniversary and had reservations at the restaurant Sat evening. The service was wonderful, the view of the Mississippi was lovely. Nice wine list. The Beef Wellington was done perfectly. The plateing was very attractive Will return again.

The beef Wellington was amazing. The service (by Sue) was superb. I love the view. Goldmoor is truly an elegant place. To the reviewer who said the atmosphere was dated; I'd call it traditional and elegant. I loved it. And I do not think the restaurant is overpriced for the quality, service, atmosphere, and view that you receive.
