Though not fancy, this is a place to go if you want comfort food at great prices. Our server was friendly, though very busy as the restaurant was quite full. We enjoyed our meals--the cod was great and the 1/2 chicken more than enough. The prices are incredible as our meals came with tea or coffee, soup (lovely chicken and... More

We ordered the veggie burger and country fried chicken. They were less than satisfactory. I'm a veggie burger expert and this (obviously frozen) veggie burger is not something you serve to the general public. If someone were to come to this restaurant and have a veggie burger for the first time ever in their life, they would never try veggie... More

Was there on a Saturday noon. First time. Lots of people there, it is an old Long John silver's building. Many seemed to be eating breakfast. Decided to try the hot beef sandwich. I believe it was $5.99. The cup of potato soup was good. Generous serving of real potatoes and pretty decent gravy. The meat, however was a mystery.... More

It is not fancy, at all. Just a small town family type atmosphere. It is a lil dingy, But I love the breakfast food and the prices are a steal! Love going there for a quick brunch!

If you are looking for a good meal at a very reasonable price...this is it! For $6 bucks I got soup AND salad, 6 large deep fried chicken George, vegs, roll or garlic toast, and dessert, 8 types of ice cream or rice pudding or jello. I left so full. I should have gotten a doggy bag. The help was... More

I was passing through and looking for a place to stop and while at the gas station next door I noticed this place. It was a old long John silvers and was nicely redone and the service was good, food was very good and most prices were under seven dollars including dinners with soup, salad roll and desert. Give it a... More

service good and prices - family friendly - decor is dated but prices are good and so is the food - you get seated easily and not a great deal of time waiting for the food

The place isn't much on ambiance, but you won't be disappointed by any of the breakfast entrees, or the price. Good eats at a cheap price.

Family Affair Cafe is just a family restaurant, no frills, just good food for the money. Service is prompt and portions are ample. The menu offerings are numerous, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stop there often for a good meal anytime.

When you pull up to the restaurant, it definitely doesn't look elegant and when you get inside, it is even more discouraging HOWEVER the food is yummy, especially for the price! They have great breakfast specials, including skillets. My boyfriend and I ate breakfast there for less than $12 including drinks.
