Lovely Setting; Good Service; Great Food

Food fresh and interesting without being too esoteric. Wait staff attentive and restaurant vibe relaxing. Only comment would be to add actual ganache to their chocolate ganache cake. Filling was more like mousse and not ganache. But overall, we're coming back!

Great service and food. The crab cakes were awesome. Good opportunities for vegans and vegetarians. Local and seasonal produce. Very cozy restaurant, and opportunities for private seating for larger groups.

The portions are like everywhere in Chicago oversized. But the food is more sensitively prepared than I've seen at most Chicago restaurants. And the wine sections and desserts are notable.

Not as high end cooking as Michael's in Winnetka but unlike at Michael's I fell good after eating there and I wanted to go back. It is the best restaurant to take a date or invite friends in this part of the city. The food is impecable. The wine list is great. Wish they were open for lunch.

This was just a bit off, this place. Some of the food (escargot) was outstanding, others (beet salad, salmon, three tunas) was simply average. The service was good, the atmosphere good and while not what I would consider to be "high priced" I felt the quality of the food was below what was being charged. The salmon was both fishy... More

we ate here this week before a concert at The Space. We arrived early at 5:30 and were seated immediately. The atmosphere is very upscale and wait staff very knowledgeable and attentive. An extensive gluten free menu was available. I ended up choosing the salmon with broccoli and panisse( a cornmeal based custard) it was very good. My husband had... More

Last month we had a chance to eat out here. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was my first time to try escargot -which was delicious there. We as a table shared and tried different dishes and found the fish and beef fillet to be quite delicious. The only disappointment was that the acorn squash dish was lacking any distinct... More

We had a lovely meal here recently. My husband loves deviled eggs and ordered the gourmet prepared eggs on this menu which he said were fantastic. Our entrees were the Australian rack of lamb and the hanger steak. I ordered the steak medium and it came out very rare so I had to send it back which was not a... More

My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations for a Friday night but luckily it wasn't terribly crowded. Unfortunately, our dining experience started off poorly right from the beginning when we were sandwiched in between two other tables. There were plenty of other open tables. From there on we had our wine delivered to the wrong... More

The selection of wines and menu items was great. Very nice ambience and great service. I would definitely recommend this anyone visiting the area.
