A sandwich with personality

I went here with my father and we had the Paneer fig with chicken, and Indonesian bbq with steak. Both had interesting flavors that contrasted well within each sandwich. There was the snap of the carrots and vegetables with the tenderness of the steak or chicken and the sauces. Some Sriracha... read more

I ordered a curry chicken wrap (burmese). It's just chicken in a wrap with shredded carrot and some cilantro. I'm not sure what's burmese about it. (I'm from southeast asian.) I'm not saying it tasted bad. I'm just saying it's a chicken wrap with shredded carrot. Definitely not worth the price. Subway has better value!

This is a cute restaurant, with lovely owners/workers. The sandwich ideas are exciting sounding, but not as flavorful as I had hoped. The paneer/fig tasted more like goat cheese than paneer, and the bread was ok, but not at the bakery level expected of a $8 sandwich.

Sandwich shop. Homemade bread. Vegetarian and carnivore options. Homemade chips. I had Wasabi steak and my daughter had Ginger beef, both exceptional. Very good price, 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips and 1 homemade (&excellent) slaw, 2 drinks and tip for $25. Nice family run business.

Everything is made from scratch, including the potato chips. I particularly like the spicy tuna sandwich, although there are plenty of others to choose from.

Outstanding and fresh pan-Asian sandwiches served up with a friendly smile. Unusual bottled drinks complete the meal. Highly recommended!

Have eaten here several times. Sandwiches are solid, using high-quality ingredients. Some organics and locally sourced produce. Salad boxes are good too, but I really like the Indonesian Ginger BBQ or the sesame Chili Tuna with the Burmese chips (homemade spicy potato chips). Skip the drink and you're out of there for around $8. Way better quality than the usual... More

Fast friendly service - very helpful for us first-timers. The menu is on the counter for easy order and explanation... several have been written up previously in various foodie blogs. My husband and I split a Paneer Fig and an Indonesian Ginger bbq (veg). The first thing we noticed is how perfect the bread is toasted with light crunch and... More

Delicious sandwiches on fresh crusty bread with a Southeast Asian twist. Though not autentically Southeast Asia (I've lived in various parts of Southeast Asia and never saw sandwiches like these), the tastes are still good. They could be a little spicier, and next time I will beon the lookout for chili sauce. Still, very good lunch that hit the spot.... More

Running on errands, it was lunch time by the time I arrive the downtown area. Learning about the place from a colleague, I decided to check out the place. There were two items that were not available; hence, one less star. Nevertheless, the sesame chili tuna was refreshingly tasty and good. The service was friendly and quick. You have a... More
