We have gone to this place a few times, but never had this kind of experience. We were a party of 3 and their tables are small for 3-4 people. The table did have extensions but because of the party next to us the server said no it would be too tight for the other table. It took nearly 10... More

Been going here for years and the food is always good and plentiful. If you like family restaurants, this is a good one to try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I orders the very veggie skillet consisting of harsh browns with a mixture of veggies topped with cheese. Additionally, this skillet includes 2 pancakes & 2 eggs. You can request egg whites for $ 1.25 more. The service was prompt and the cost was nominal for the amount if food received. The serving size was enough for 2.

After a full day or visiting friends and relatives, it was close to 8:30 before I thought about dinner. My hotel is not close to any restaurants, but I did manage to Find the Rose Garden Café just a few miles away. They offered a full menu and I think they are open 24/7. My server brought water and a... More

On of my favorite go to family restaurants. Oh the menu is so very large. They still put a large basket of a variety of breads in the table at no extra $$$$. Not overpriced and plenty of food. located off I90 and Arlington Heights Road. Plenty of free parking. Bring home a desert or a quart of soup. Staff... More

It isn't the newest place but it is still classy and a great place for a breakfast. They do not charge and arm-and-a-leg for entrees and service is solid with your coffee cup never getting down to empty. They have flavored creams for your coffee (Hazelnut, Irish creme, etc) and everything is comfortable. Have gone there a couple of times... More

They have a very large menu and everything is usually good. 3 different kinds of soups to pick from and huge plates of foods. We have eaten here a few times when we are in the area; however, this time on Saturday evening, 1/4/13 the weather was exceptionally bad and the sidewalk and parking area was not touched by a... We always enjoy eating at this restaurant--the menu is large, but there aren't that many vegetarian options besides grilled cheese. The food is always good and you will never leave hungry. This place is usually full, but I've never waited to be sat and the food comes out pretty quickly. The servers are always friendly and fast.

Server was not friendly at all. Felt rushed during order process and felt I was a bother if I asked her for anything "extra". Had an issue with one of our meals, was never apologized to. Sever seemed apprehensive to even take the meal back. I got dessert with mine. Paid the extra $1 to get a slice of Caramel... More

We go here for brunch occasionally, when we feel like celebrating any sort of special occasion (or we just don't feel like making breakfast...), and less often for dinner. No matter what time of day you go, the food is always ample, and very tasty. The prices are great, too -- often my wife and I end up out the... More
