Definitely the best pizza in the area, and quite possibly in the country.

I know…the title of this review is quite a claim, but one bite and all I could say was “WOW!” Jug's is a mid-sized bar/restaurant in a small town, and when you walk in you are confronted with a down-to-earth feel. It is not pretentious, and very welcoming to tourists and locals alike. It is a great... read more

Our normal preferred restaurant in Elizabeth is closed on Mondays, so after doing a little walking around, we decided to give Jugs a try. The thin crust pizza was around average. The toppings had a serious tendency to slide off of the crust and that sauce lacked flavor. Also, the "Deluxe" was a little too greasy. Another in the group... More

Great service and food. No crowd, got kind of boring. The BF & I like to people watch, and there were no people. We enjoyed each others' company and the food and bought a couple of sweatshirts that exclaim "We Love Jugs".

Coming from Chicago, we are very picky about GOOD pizza. JUG'S knows pizza and their pizza is great-it rivals Chicago. We love to call ahead and have our hot pizza waiting for our arrival. The other menu items are good, too, but pizza is THE BEST. People at Jug's are so friendly and the owner's make you feel welcome, even... More

All I can say is WOW; GREAT OYSTERS, but the PIZZA is the best Chicago Style Pizza ... the selection of beers is super and the service is great ... an extremely friendly - neighborhood establishment, we bring all of our out-of-town visitors here!!!

In our opinion (spouse and I) this is the best pizza in the area - and probably a lot of other area. Homemade crust and sauce. I'm told the sausage is also homemade. The burgers are great - in part due to the buns. They bake their own bread. If they have the pork tenderloins (they make them as well)... More

I live in Chicago but have a place close by so I come here all the time. I find the Pizza and the burgers to be the best. The pizza by far is the best in the area and the burgers are very tasty. The servers are always friendly I never had bad service but there are those occasional locals... More

Cute bar & grill with a great menu. Typical bar & grill atmosphere. We tried a burger and a pizza. The burger was moist and tasty and big. The buns used are great quality with tasty fries in the side! The pizza was also excellent with quality ingredients and a great tasting thin crust. Service was also tops. If we... More

This little bar/restaurant had one of the BEST pizza's I have ever eaten! If you like a thin crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings and get it with the BACON = pizza heaven. I'll drive the 2 & 1/2 hours to go back again and again. OH, and we even bought some of the bacon to bring back... More

Had the grilled chicken which was way over-cooked. The side salad for $3.50 contained some iceberg lettuce, one green pepper ring and 3 pieces of onion. The doors were open so all of mother nature's bugs came in to visit. This place is family owned and not very friendly. The table we sat at was dirty as were the glasses.... More
