They don't take reservations, and there was about an hour wait when we got there at 6.30 pm on a Saturday night. Most of us had half salads as appetizers, and they were a generous size. I had the pretzel rolls with mustard dipping sauce which were very nice. There are a good choice of interesting pizzas, I had the... More

I am not a pizza eater but after my husband took me here I am a believer. This is the best pizza in my opinion and even the salads, and the mini pretzel bb-q sandwiches are awesome. It sometimes in a long wait since they don't take reservations but it is well worth it.

Usually have to wait for seating, but worth the wait. The chef has a wonderful desert of the day. Service was quick and staff friendly. Is a little pricey but unique food: pizza, salads, and huge selection of bear and ale. Atmosphere is good, but a little tight and parking could be better as well.

I went with a friend after my picky dad went and was impressed. I loved the outdoor seating! The beer selection was wonderful, and the beer sampler was very reasonable (four 5oz selections for $9). We started with salads, the were huge! Everything was fresh and delicious. The pizza was light and refreshing. This definitely does not have the heavy... More

I can't understand the reviews on this place. Tried it twice and it just seems to be overpriced, mediocre pizza. I'll never go back after being charged an extra $1.50 for parmesan cheese to sprinkle over my pizza. It's not the cost as much as The principle but that's just cheap. I guess they haven't thought about charging for salt... More

If you like a more eclectic variety of pizzas that are thin and wood fired, this is the place for you. Craft beer selection is excellent. Not cheap and not fast.

It's sometimes hard to get a seat at Peel. If you're reading this review wondering if you should go somewhere else, the pizza is completely worth the wait. Have another drink at the bar. This is pizza you'll dream about.

I just absolutely love everything I've tried at Peel. Both times I've been, we all order different pizzas and apps or dishes and share so we can all try different things. My favorites: pizza-Chicken gorgonzola; app- brown truffle risotto cakes (gosh my mouth just watered a little), and dishes- buffalo mac-n-cheese. Yes, the wait is a little long depending on... More

On all subsequent trips to Edwardsville, we will be back. Although there will be a wait if you arrive near typical meal times, it's worth the wait. The pizza is in the top 5 I've had across many countries. They have some very creative toppings, and are happy to do substitutions to make it vegetarian. Great beer selection. Nice decor.

The wait was way too long, longer than they said it would be. There is not even close to enough waiting room for while patrons are waiting on a table. It was incredibly crowded and uncomfortable. There are a lot of selections at the bar, but you have to wait a very long time to get served. The pizza was... More
