Was full so couldn't eat but used the bar area. Nice selection of Scottish beers and spirits. Nice relaxed cozy atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Worst part was the mile and a half trek back to the hostel in a hurricane. In the dark.

We had an excellent day and night at the Station House. Ollie and Lizzie were great hosts. The rooms were beautiful with stunning views. We were wet and cold after along days walk, after a lovely hot shower we were ready for a fabulous meal and great choice of wines. Thank you Ollie and Lizzie. We will definately be back

We stayed here for a recent long weekend. Having previously eaten here when staying at the nearby youth hostel, we already knew how welcoming the venue was and were keen to try out the accommodation. The room was lovely with views to die for and the hospitality was superb. The restaurant menu is based around the produce from the surrounding... More

Apart from the wild, beautiful location this place just ticks all the boxes. Lizzie is a lovely host and made us feel really welcome, even with our two dogs. The restaurant and rooms are so nicely decorated, simple but very tasteful. And the food is amazing, all beautifully presented (and gorgeous house red wine served in a huge glass). We... More

We stayed here for a family event arriving at midday on the train. Lizzie met us and immediately took us to our very well appointed room, and gave us advice on where to go for a gentle walk. Being October, it was brisk but dry outside, and if you are venturing off the track down to the loch, then you... More

For me, the Corrour Station House is a perfect destination. Beautiful rooms with a view of the surrounding moor and hills. A gourmet chef that creates absolutely delicious meals with great use of locally sourced ingredients. A warm, inviting bar area with a fire, couches, and an interesting collection of books and games. The couple who run this place have... More

This four bedroom guest house and restaurant is an absolute delight. Located in the midst of Rannoch Moor and accessible only by foot or train this is a destination that should be on the "must stay" list of everyone who loves the wilderness of the Scottish Highlands and would also like to experience top quality food focusing on local produce.... I really must post a reply to the negative comments regarding Corrour Station Hotel. I have had two fabulous experiences here in the last two years and these two youngsters, Lizzie and Olly, work their socks off for their guests. This is not a cafe or pub and those complaining took the time to check the website they would see... More

This was our third time at Corrour, our first this year and this time was as stunning as ever. We were blessed with some un-Scottish weather, surprisingly mild for the time of year and no wind either, so breathtaking views across Loch Ossian for those taking the short walk east. And, due to the time of year - No midges!... More
