I have been to Ballydoyle in Downers Grove many times, usually for one of my favorite live bands. Phil Cullen is one of the best owners I have ever met. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is great (especially good are the cornbeef balls and the reubens). The atmosphere is friendly - there are frequently bands and events.
