All the meats are excellent specially. The lamb chops. This last time I was a bit disappointed. I ordered a Margarita only because they mentioned the right ingredients But failed in the presentation it was served in a short reg glass. Margaritas are to be served. In a wide mount tall glass. Also served with cubed ice. Is suppose to... More

Went here for the second time on New Year's Eve. The service was just as amazing as last time. Even the managers were running around and busting their butts to make sure everything was perfect. Such awesome teamwork with the entire staff. We waited at the bar waiting for our reservation to get called and grabbed mojitos. They were awesome.... More

This was the third time I have come to this restaurant. It is very consistent. You will get the same great service and the same quality food every time you come. Word of advice, if you are coming because you are a meat lover, then DO NOT eat at the salad bar or eat the delicious rolls before they begin... More

I agree with all that this place has excellent food, excellent service, excellent salad bar. The service was the wow factor because they helped us take our coats off, and helped each person to be seated and got us started us right away without delay. Susanna was excellent in remembering all the drinks, and desserts without writing it down. She... More

We've been so disappointed with all the Brazilian steakhouses lately. They've reminded us of public cafeterias. However, Chama Gaucha was an amazing dining experience I am happy to write about. Food was amazing. Service was phenomenal. Waiters were very attentive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Went to Chama Gaucha on 12/19/15. Busy busy place. Love the complimentary valet parking especially on a Saturday night during the holidays. We had a group of 9 with reservations at 7:30. We were seated by 7:45. Waitstaff was very attentive. Started with the one of a kind salad bar which provided items you don't usually see included at a... More

This is quite an experience in flavors and service. Greeted upon entering and after being seated you feel that all the attention from the staff is just about you. Starting with the extensive salad bar, far better and fresher than most stand alone salad bars. Then the range of meats being brought to the table perfectly seasoned and cooked to... More
