You have several different cuts of meat on skewers, and the "gauchos" go around the restaurant, each one with a particular cut, and will visit your table. You... More

Visited for the first time and was very impressed. Food was great and service was even better. I just wish they had shrimp like one of my favorite places that I used to go to prior to them closing (labor issues). I will def be going back to Chama Gaucha.

You better be hungry if you are eating at Chama because the meat and salad bar are plentiful! All of the meat I had was delicious and well cooked. My only complaint is the same here as it is at a lot of all you can eat meat places, and it is that I wish they would offer some better... More

We are regulars of this particular restaurant so have had a lot of good experiences here. We are almost always seated promptly, and when things are busy, we are often offered a basket of cheese-bread to tide us over until we get our table. The wait-staff are wonderful, and usually refill your side dishes quickly. We are particular fans of... More

Wow! The meat here was soooo well seasoned. The lamb chops were some of the best I have ever eaten. Salad bar was fresh with many varieties of cheese. We were very happy with the choice. Staff was super friendly even remembered our desired doneness of meat. Valet parking is a nice touch. You won't be disappointed.

Great place and great food! Salad bar or the whole shebang! I've been here multiple times. The service is outstanding and the staff is very attentive and accommodating.

I have always enjoyed Brazilian steak houses but this one did not do the trick. The salad bar and foods up there were lacking, and on all of the lamb which I love I could only taste the spearmint and not the meat.. I have never like spearmint at all and the smell and taste of this was terrible. I... More

We've gone to Texas de Brazil before but decided to try this chain instead for a change. We were seated immediately, the staff was on point and so attentive I felt like royalty! The salad bar is good, not as many items as the competition but that's fine because it's not wise to fill up there. They serve mashed potatoes,... More

It is more of a special occasion place, but it is carnivore heaven. About $50 per person for plentiful upscale salad bar and all you can eat Brazilian meat mostly beef with some pork and chicken. Included sides are mashed potatoes, polenta sticks, chees bead puffs and fried bananas. Their sangria is great especially the white. Lovely décor , but... More
