We went to Chama Guacha for my birthday on a weeknight and overall had a very nice experience. When we said it was our first time, we got a full explanation of how the meat service worked. However, at no point were we told what the cost of the meal would be, nor was it written down anywhere. If I... More

Not much chance to have authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience in Asia. First trial was +10 years ago in Brazil. Tried this recently and loved the service. Lots of choices in Salad bar. Dessert was wonderful.

By far the best Brazilian steakhouse in Chicagoland. All of the food was perfectly seasoned and cooked. All the cuts that I asked for were truly medium rare. The service is amazing. Each and everyone of the staff that I came in contact with made me feel as if I was their one and only concern. Every restaurant would gain... More

I love Chama Gaucha. I make it a point to dine here every time I'm in the Chicago area. It's definitely worth it. I think it is the best Brazilian steakhouse out there. The salad bar is extensive, but I don't spend a lot of time there. You don't want to overdo the salad bar and not have room for... More

The great service made all the difference. That being said, The meat was simply amazing, much much better than other Brazilian steak houses like Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil. However, the salad bar is not as good as the competition. We really enjoyed our meal and we will definitely come back.

This restaurant is always our favorite for any occasion or non-occasion. It is always fun to be there. The food is delicious. We will start off with various types of meat first. Then, rest a bit before heading to the salad bar. The service in this restaurant is great. They would go above and beyond to get us what we... More

Is a bit expensive but you won't leave hungry. Nice salad bar all you care to eat. But the main meat courses are brought by waiters and cut at you table constantly. Prime rib, sirloin, tenderloin, sausage, chicken, beef ribs pork ribs, Mashed potatoes, parmesan puffs, creme brulee for desert. Drop your napkin, and someone hands you another clean one. Your... This is the best service I have ever had. I was out with my family wearing a new white shirt which unfortunately got a small stain on it. With in seconds the offered me a shout stain removal wipe, it was amazing. My shirt looks great, they were so kind and absolutely wonderful. We all had a great time, and... More

Went here for a birthday and graduation celebration for lunch. Our party included 2 adults two teens and 3 small children. We were immediately smothered with service (in a good way). Several gentlemen immediately took drink orders which included small plastic cups with lids for the little ones. They also were served a cup of water in a lidded cup,... More
