I meet friends on occasional Saturdays at Welcome Stitchery down the road and spend oodles of money on stitching stash, and then we walk to this restaurant to look over our new hoard and have lunch. I am addicted to their chicken salad sandwiches - so very yummy! The service is spotty - sometimes, it is excellent. Other times? Well.... More

I believe everything on their menu must be fab...everything I had so far has been. The cream of mushroom soup is amazing, the chicken salad is amazing, on and on...

This was my first visit. All of our food was fresh and super hot. The skirt steak chorizo risotto was creamy and wonderful. The service we had was outstanding. I do not say this casually. We always seem to get mediocre service where ever we go. We were blown away. I will definitely be back.

This is a cozy place to dine. Reminds me of some of the places downtown Chicago. Plan on taking your time with your meal to soak up the atmosphere. The steaks are outstanding!

Excellent personal service from the chef patron Dominic who was attentive without being overly so and let his cuisine do the talking.

I go to this restaurant about once every few months because the food is generally consistent, the portions are adequate and the service is prompt and friendly. The menu is American fare with typical burgers, salads and sandwiches. The food is good, but is nothing spectacular. The one thing about this restaurant that makes it different are the soups. They... Nice decor, interesting offerings. Some specials can be pricey and portion size varies. The steak sandwich is tasty with a great dipping sauce. Some good drink specials..a lemonade pomegranate martini was very tasty.

This place is good. Don't get me wrong, the food is well prepared and the bar is nice. The staff does a good job. But the menu has become a lot less interesting over the years. It is as though they are on a cost cutting plan. Visit and patronize, but if I really wanted something special I would go... More

The mahi mahi "baja" prepared fish tacos were a real surprise - delicious - and ample amount of food! Loved all of the accoutrements that were served with the tacos - fresh avocado, shredded cheese, two different dipping sauces, tomato salsa has some kick to it! HUGE desserts - 1 piece of the chocolate brownie fudge thing is ample for... More

I LOVE the lobster cobb salad! The dressing is to die for! I have also had the fish tacos, which are incredible. We always tend to eat in the bar area, much more lively and fun. The dining room is a little dull, never see too many people back there. Sit in the bar and eat!!!
