Great, fresh and plenty! Sandwiches: great. Soups: great. You really can't go wrong with Panera. Busy busy busy and you'll receive a pager, but it's worth the wait. Enjoy!

Just seemed to be missing something. Set up was strange and service relatively slow. Also as somebody else noted tables need cleaning more often. The food was as usual for this chain, but just seemed a little less tasty than usual.

Tired of fast food? This is a great alternative. The service is considered fast but the food is healthy, more tasty and nice change of pace. For a little over $5 you can get a bowl of soup with a fresh roll. Plenty for a nice hot lunch. Their soup bowls are about the same price but the bread is... More

It's not Panera's food I have an issue with; it's the lack of cleanliness of both the Crystal Lake and Algonquin locations! At busy times, someone should be bussing the tables (I know, we bus our own, but that doesn't mean the table top, seats, and floor don't need to be attended to), making them ready for waiting parties. At... More

Panera fans will enjoy the varieties of pastries, soups, sandwiches and salads, plus wifi and conversation areas. This Panera is typically quite busy, especially at lunch time.

We miss The Great American Bagel store that closed this year. Panera seems to be the only place left in Crystal Lake that has a selection of bagels broader than plain, cinnamon Raisin, and poppy seed.

We stopped here for lunch and we not disappointed. The broccoli soup served in a bread bowl was really good and the half sandwich made a perfect addition for lunch. This is the place to go for a lite lunch and if you're a big eater, they can accommodate you too.

I just love it! I love the choice of menu. I don't think I would notice anything bad about the store because I like the food too much!
