This is just a small neighborhood restaurant. The food is ok for a quick bite.It is catered to young adults on a date night. It was. nice but morer for teens, or just to grab a fast bite.

They had a sign in the drive through that said if we don't answer you in 10 minutes pull forward to the window? !?! You can get the senior citizens discount by the time the order is ready. THAT was my first visit. Visit #2 I went inside and out was even WORSE. The workers couldn't win a tortoise race,... More

Two large 2 topping original thin or super thin pizzas and 4 large fountain drinks for $22! It has come to the point that using coupons is the only way that we can afford to eat here. Their prices seem to keep rising. The seasoning also has diminished, which I noticed since having to add salt and pepper to my... More

This was my first experience with Italian beef. It was very good - much better than I expected! The service was great. The employees were friendly and helpful with the menu. It was an enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back!

The original chicago italian beef "sammich", you gotta get it dipped with sweet peppers. The greasy gardinere ruins the flavor of the au jus! The french fries are only OK so eat more sandwich! Go for a shake, they are thick and super rich.

I recommend that you do not order from the AL'S BEEF in chicago heights. They are not looking for any black customers from beacon hill. When this restaurant is less than a mile from beacon hill.

After seeing Al's Beef on Food Network I visited the Chicago Heights Location. WOW what a fantastic sandwich! The store was spotless and staff was amazingly friendly! The fresh cut fries I'm used to are usually greasy and soggy theres are crisp and delicious!
