Yummy.

A dive in the best way possible. Heavy metal environment, which isn't me in the slightest, but i didn't feel out of place at all. The staff was attentive and very nice. Hands down the best fried pickles I've had thus far in any state or country! if you have a craving for a burger, thus is a must..

I heard Kumas has the best bugers in Chicago, and they are definitely worthy of that reputation. We split a mac and cheese for an appetizer and i had the kuma burger and it was all delicious. Prices are great considering you get a massive burger and mound of hand cut fries. The decor has an alternative/metal vibe so its... More

Just had the goatsnake burger which had herbed goat cheese and fried red onions on it. Cooked to perfection with a very special bun! The hand cut fries were fabulous as well. Highly recommend!

We went here for lunch after seeing it on Food Network, it was Jeff Mauro's nomination for best burger. We did not order what he did but were very happy with our orders. I got a burger with mushrooms and onion rings, my boyfriend got the Famous Kuma. Both were so good! I love a place where you can order... More

We were seated right away, our food was great, the GM and waitress were attentive, the suggestions and atmosphere were spot on, and I loved my beer. Done.

A nice dingy little local joint that's not afraid to blast out some metal while you tuck into your food. Friendly staff, good food and quick service, couldn't have asked for anything more. Don't let the décor put you off, grab a burger here!

I first happened upon Kumas corner while reading one of the magazines featured in my hotel room on a trip to Chicago. Their original place is a bit of a trip out of the city center but oh my, was it worth it! The original place is also a bit small and there is frequently a wait but the food... More

I drive down from Milwaukee just to get a Kumas burger. There is nothing else like it. I throughly enjoy this place more than any other. You know Kumas is worth every moment when you sit next to and witness and 80 year old couple enjoying their Mastodon burgers while death metal blasts out their hearing aids.

Kuma's is a place who's reputation precedes it - however once you've attempted to eat one of their delicious, giant burgers you know the hype was understated. The queues outside suggest it's a local favourite and what it delivers is nothing short of the best burger in Chicago.

Kuma's is one of my favorite Chicago restaurants. When I lived in the city, it was always a must go to with friends from out of town and even business associates. Now that I no longer live in Chicago, I lay in bed at night dreaming of their burgers and make sure to stop in at least once when in... More
