Fabulous burgers, worth with the wait, come hungry! Had the Kaijo! Come later the wait isn't as long. Sit at the bar for faster service.

Kumas rocks! It's mouth watering burgers, great fries, excellent beer, liquor, and music make it a must. I visit every time I get into town.

This place is... unique. Don't let the blasting death metal music, heavily tattooed, spiked hair servers scare you off. The servers are wonderful, attentive, friendly, patient and definitely on top of their game. When an order is "UP!!" the nearest server grabs it and gets it to the table immediately. None of this, "that's not my table" crap. But they... More

My friend, knowing how much I LOVE burgers, recommended this place as a first stop upon my arrival in Chicago and it didn't disappoint. At first glance, it's hard to know what to make of the place when you see the heavily tattooed, uniquely hair colored waitstaff. It's also very dark in the interior. Then the menu cleverly names each... More

Make no mistake, this is THE best burger joint in Chicago. It doesn’t matter what you order, you know it will be fresh, funky, and juicy as hell. I could eat here every day if I could. Yes, it can be busy at times, always smart to call ahead, or just order it delivered to save you the hassle of... More

This is a cool trendy spot to get a really good burger on the north side of Chicago. The inside is designed along with the menu to 80's heavy metal bands. Now the food, freaking delicious. Probably one of the best burgers ever!! They cook the meat perfectly!! You can also get bison is you desire instead of beef. The... More

First place I was able to get Templeton Rye. A little overhyped at the time i was in Kuma's but still a stand up rye if there ever was one. Waited in line to get a seat at the bar but the bartender that got me my first beer was quick to point out when a seat opened up. I... More

Best burger I've ever ate. I had pulled pork with beacon and cheddar. The bun was so good. It makes the burger one of the most unique around .The pickles on the burger added a nice flavor. Also had the Mac and Cheese with broccoli and roasted red peppers. Delicious! My husband and I split both and we still had... More

We finally made it here on a Tuesday night for dinner. We did not have to wait to be seated, but I have heard you can wait up to an hour or more on weekends. They have an outdoor patio as well, but we chose to dine in the main room. It's loud, but not so loud that you cannot... More
