I really try and give everyone a chance before giving a bad review, but service was horrible. Once we placed our order, we never saw our waiter except to flag him down for drinks and the bill. The food was missing ingredients that were in the order (black olives) and with our waiter MIA there wasn't a chance to correct... More

I am a fan of Gino's East and staff people like Megan just reinforce that the management really cares about the customer. Thank you Megan for a wonderful experience. After spending most of the day across the street in a waiting room looking out the window at Northwestern Medical Center I knew I had to end my day at Gino's... More

We had the worst pizza ever. The thin crust was tasteless. We went there fur our granddaughters 16th birthday expecting something good or even special

It turned out I am not a big fan of the deep dish taste. But it is a vital experience in Chicago and Gino's is a good candidate to try it at. Actually the first impression wasn't so good. We went in and nobody was introducing or sitting us, however it looked there is a hostess stand. Anyway we sat... More

We really enjoyed the Ginos experience. There was a queue for a table so they texted us when it was free so that was great. The staff were super efficient. We had calamari to start which was really good and a huge portion. The medium deep dish was more than enough for two with leftovers. And it was yummy! I... More

Gino's is very good, but I can't call it the best deep dish in Chicago. It is a little thin for my liking and the toppings are sparse at best. The atmosphere and decor are great and the signatures all over every part of the restaurant definitely keep you occupied while you wait for your pizza.

This is a pizza chain. It is a large restaurant, with interesting decor...it is a tradition to write your name on the wall. The quality of the food is good, not great. Whether you order a regular, thin crust pizza or a Chicago deep dish pizza, it takes 45 min to an hour and fifteen minutes. Service was not very... More

Simply put, this is the best deep dish, especially for a tourist. We had Uno Pizzeria the night before Gino’s East and could compare. Gino’s East wins. Now this is a DEEP dish. The crust is a meal in itself, but the filling (we just got pepperoni) is extraordinaire! Tip: We phoned in our order while we were walking around... More

My first visit to chicago i wanted a good chicago deep dish pizza and i did NOT get it at ginos east on superior. Pizza much thinner than expected, lacked girth, and had very sparse toppings. Very disappointing. Also, we were told it would take an hour on to cook on a monday night so we ordered a pesto thin... More

Loved this place...great pizza and friendly bartenders with a very nice selection of beers on tap! I will continue visiting Gino's every time I'm in Chicago...I've tried all the others, but this continues to be my favorite.
