Wonderful deep dish pizza!

I went to this restaurant twice during a recent trip to Chicago! The deep dish pizza here is delicious!! The servers are efficient and friendly. Try to go at an "off" time, as this restaurant often has a long wait.

Although I’m not a fan of Chicago deep dish, we wanted to introduce this legend to friends. Gino’s East has a very fun décor and moves folks to tables fairly quickly. Yet once at our table we experienced very slow service. I asked for a glass of water several times before my husband finally went to bar to get it... More

Fast service and great food! With two little kids we couldn't wait for a deep dish so we ordered the thin crust and it was awesome!

After spending a few days in Chicago and getting lots of input from locals and business colleagues on great eats in the Windy City, the unanimous choice of Gino's East was a must try. We were not disappointed. Being from the PNW, we've never had

Fun place to be, lots of character. Toppings on the pizza were light, sauce was tangy. We got the Gino's East Supreme/works and a Pep/black olive. Reminded me of Uno's pizza--so use that as a gauge. Again, decent pizza but we liked others better. The rating was a consensus between wife, myself, 9 and 6 year olds.

I wanted to experience authentic Chicago deep dish pizza, and this place exceeded any and all of my expectations!!! The pizza was amazing--the crust was perfect, the sauce was really great, and the cheese was notably delicious. As a matter of fact, the flavors came together so perfectly that I didn't bother to add anything (parmesan cheese or red pepper... More

Walk in, get in line and order your favorite dish from their tremendously huge menu. The beef, hot dogs, pizza, burgers, and everything else is good stuff. We sat upstairs, which was away from the commotion on the first floor. Some if it is sloppy eating, but hey, it's a chili dog. Enjoy!

Unlike others we must have landed there at the right time because we had no wait time. Our service was prompt and my son loved the invitation to write his name on the wall while we waited for our food. We shared a Caesar salad and a small deep dish pizza. We were stuffed and enjoyed trying the 'famous' pizza.... More

Loved the deep dish with lots of veggie choices. Tastiest tomato sauce ever. And house Cabernet was good. Hated the graffiti but loved the autographed photos of celebs. Service was great. Not a wait to be seated when we went on a Tuesday night in April.
