We came here after a friend recommended it. Best recommendation ever! We had half veggie, half sausage and cheese. Make sure you get the sliced sausage not the crumbly one. For appetizers, we ordered calamari and were slightly disappointed. It had too much dough and the marinara sauce was cold. Definitely save your appetite for the pizza! Don't forget to... More

I went to Chicago for a business trip and my friend highly recommended eating at this place. I love pizza and he could not shut up about how amazing it was. So I glady accepted. Upon arriving, there was a huge line to get in but it did not take too long to get us inside, roughly about 20 minutes.... More

I could tell you that this was very good thick crust Chicago pizza and was the best meal we had during our stay. But to understand how good this place is, I will tell you on the night we went there was a bad thunderstorm with a lot of lightening, rain, and wind... and people were still standing outside for... We had never been to Chicago before and Gino's came highly recommended. The pizza was great and the atmosphere was fun but if you asked too many questions the service became crap. We asked for a high chair at check-in and when we were called for our table they put us in a section that didn't allow high chairs due... More

Everyone knows that deep-dish pizza is one of the many musts in Chicago. Gino’s East (close enough to walk from the hotel) was my choice of the many restaurants offering this dish. The wait time was not that bad – they told us the table would be ready for 45-60 minutes, but in the end it took just 25 min... More

We had a very special delicious deep dish pizza. The decoration is really funny, customers can write on walls what ever they want so we took a pen and we wrote down Tunisia. We really have enjoyed the taste of the traditional deep dish pizza, it was so crusty with a lot of tomato sauce.

Very busy, long lines, but if you like pizza ... where else can you go? If you are in a hurry, don't even try.

My family has eaten here several times and we once again stopped in on our recent trip to Chicago. We came for dinner around 5:30 and we were seated instantly. Our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service. The deep dish is by far the best in Chicago, although some will argue otherwise. The prices are very reasonable and... More

I like everything on it! The staff was friendly and the pizza was delicous...you should try it! It's amazing to see all the graffiti on the walls of the restaurant - but none in the bathrooms! lol

Unless you're there at an off time, you will wait for a seat, and even if it's slow you will wait 45 to 60 minutes for your deep-dish to cook. But the pizza is great and they have a wonderful beer selection. The first time we went we opted for thin crust because we were starving and that came out... More
