It is a little noisy but the quality of the food makes up for it. The sandwiches are very good and the soup as well.

We travel via Midway several times a year. My teens and I stop at Potbelly for breakfast or lunch depending on the flight time. The lines may seem long at times however they move quickly. We have NEVER been disappointed! This is a great sandwich for the price. We also pick one up for the bus ride on the route... More

Most of my travel through Chicago's airport is via Terminal B (where this restaurant is located). The line always moves quickly, even when long. There is a person with an electronic order pad so when you get to the counter, you only need to tell them what "extras" you want. And the sandwich makers are always friendly! My go to... More

$5.35 for a grilled chicken & $2.20 for a 25 oz bottled water. While trying to find a place to eat, I usually look for somewhere slightly busy since it’s a good indicator that it’s a good choice. There was a bit of a waiting line but there was a guy with an iPad taking orders for those in line... More

Got stuck in Midway and needed a meal after an international flight. Great sandwiches and they post up the nutritional info for you. Made when you order and piping hot! SUper value and great taste. My family was pleased and satisfied.

Had a sausage, egg, and cheese on wheat for breakfast on a recent trip through Midway. Excellent Nueske's sausage from Wisconsin. Great food and great service. Busy, but able to handle it.

This sub shop gets a long line but moves very fast. They have it down to a science. The food quality is similar to a local sub shop. Not cheap food like Subway or D'Angelo. As far as airport food goes, this is my favorite. Seating can be kind of limited but we just brought ours to our terminal and... More

Two notches about Subway at least. The wait staff is well versed on the menu. Family friendly and very affordable.
