We arrived EARLY (7:30) seating was no problem. (should be warned that parking on meter is EXPENSIVE). The food arrived Hot and Timely. Good portions and the serve was EXCELLENT. We have been coming to Chicago for atleast 30 yrs. This was an AWSOME stop!!

Excellent brunch place- located in the heart of Chicago, we were invited over to meet up with friends (booking well in advance is recommended). Their potato pancakes, milk shakes (sugar overload) are fantastic, as is their Eggs Florentine...I remember ordering the latter and fresh squeezed orange juice... The ambience is very nice, although on a weekend it can get crowded... More

I had the Hey Rickey omelett. Maybe the best breakfast I have ever eaten. Seriously, that omelet was amazing! And more food than I could eat. Reasonable priced as well. Highly recommended

There's no shortage of breakfast places in Chicago, and it can often be tough to choose amongst the many that are within walking distance of wherever you are in the city, but Yolk is a standout and definitely worth trying out at least once! My boyfriend and I were hungry and wanting breakfast on a Sunday morning while visiting Chicago.... More

Yolk is one of my all time favorite restaurants in Chicago. Each time I visit, I try to stop in. They recently opened up a restaurant in Indianapolis, IN, but I haven't had a chance to enjoy. However, I was recently in Chicago over Labor Day weekend looking for a good brunch before we made the drive back to Indiana.... More

We had a weekend getaway in Chicago with the kids and decided the next day to get up for breakfast the concierge at the hotel suggested that we go to yolk and gave us a card to show that a concierge sent us in order to get seated much faster. This place is busy!!! The line was out the door... More

Great restaurant, great food. They make breakfast a little more interesting (and delicious). Worth the wait (it gets busy).

We decided to try a different breakfast venue and were pleasantly surprised. It is within walking distance of The Talbott Hotel, if you enjoy a longer walk. We had: Benedict Caprese Margherita Frittata The portions are very large. My frittata even came with a side of pancakes. The restaurant is very bright and clean. Definitely worth a stop.

We had a really good breakfast here. Very large portions. Family of four cost $50. Short walk to the Aquarium and Field museum.
