Yummy breakFAST, and I mean fast!

Showed up for breakfast on a recommendation of a local and it was worth it. Only had a short time to eat and head to airport so it needed to be quick. There was a line but we were immediately seated at the counter and we're eating in less than 5 minutes. Great quality food and service, eggs... read more

Been here a couple times. Weekdays aren't too bad but be prepared to wait on weekends. 35 minutes today Sunday. Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed breakfast wrap and stuffed french toast with tons of fresh fruit. Quite noisy though with all the people.

We had the South Beach pineapple boat, the Nutty Monkey Pancakes and the Red Velvet French Toast. None of it disappointed. The restaurant is bright and cheerful. Waitstaff friendly. Menu endless. I will go back.

I highly recommend this place for breakfast. Went on Sunday with some friends for brunch. Great service, great menu, delicious food! A bit of a wait, but definitely worth it!

This is a large and very noisy place for breakfast. However, the food was quite good, there was plenty of choice and large portions. We went there twice during our stay. I would go back!

Went to Yolk for lunch today. Had the Citrus Salad, which was delicious. But I was handed my ice tea in a glass that was dirty on the outside. The waitress was apologetic, but I think it needs not to happen. I know it is busy and I know it is a Saturday in Chicago, but the floor was sticky... More

I'm not enamored with breakfast--its usually the least interesting meal of the day. But this place won me over. YOLK is a quirky, happening, lively breakfast place--with outstanding food, excellent value, and attentive service. Had breakfast with two other people and we sort of shared. The basic breakfast with two eggs, two pieces of bacon, two pieces of sausage, and... More

My husband and I tried Yolk for the very first time. We were overwhelmed with how many good things they offer. It was hard to narrow it down to order, which makes us want to go back and try more. The food was excellent. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange-strawberry juice was good too. The restaurant is brightly colored with... More

We stumbled on this place when we were driving around downtown. It was packed for breakfast so the next day we gave it a try. We had a small wait about 10 minutes. Our server was prompt and their menu selection is huge! Anything you can think of for breakfast and they have it. I had the waffles with chocolate... More
