Went to the Custom House on a recent visit to Chicago, and fhe food was remarkable. They specialize in meat dishes (but the menu had several fish dishes, too), and the ones we had (veal and rabbit) were remarkable. Our waiter gave us very good descriptions of the dishes and helped us select since the preparations are unusual. more
