The Park Grill is in a great location in Millennium Park, with ample outdoor seating. It should be a good spot for a meal, but the poor quality of this place almost ruined a beautiful summer evening. To start with, at 8 pm on Friday, they inexplicably did not have or had run out of the ribs I wanted from... More

Terrible service, and food. We walked by their patio and saw two women with mimosas and water, so we assumed they were open, along with the people that started to follow us in to the restaurant. But they weren't open until 11 and it was 10:45. The guy at the host stand said they weren't open yet, but I spoke... More

Every year our company hosts a customer appreciation dinner in conjunction with an industry conference. This year It was our unfortunate mistake to believe that the Park Grill would be a good venue to host a dinner for 120 customers. Everyone arrived at 7:30 pm, the agreed upon time. Early arrival by our staff insured that the room was set... More

The park district has completely let the bathrooms fall apart: no toilet paper, broken toilets, no soap, no toilet paper, dirty. It was awful. That's not the restaurants fault but it is a reality of the restaurant and it was a bad start. Food was just okay. Pork was a little dry. Fish tacos were good. Server was great.

Was given a nice seat with lots spaces as a lone traveller. The waiter was very friendly and suggested me a very nice local beer. The foods were great and they were very concerned about how customers felt about their meals. A little bit pricey but worth it.

My family and I have visited this restaurant several times since it has been opened. The reason we keep going back is not because of the food, but because of the location. The restaurant is located adjacent to "the Bean" and Millennium Park. One feels very much immersed in the beautiful surroundings of the awesome city of Chicago, but be... More

The wine wasn't good, the service was unremarkable, and the food was average. Has the turkey wrap and it was just so so. Filled with too much lunchmeat turkey that seemed to come out of the Oscar Meyer refrigerated deli at Jewel. The location and outside seating is the only thing this place has going for it.

Stumbled on this place after the "bean." Seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing here. My waitress said several times that they didn't carry what I was asking for, even though it was clearly stated on the menu and yes, they did indeed have it. The black bean "burger" was more akin to bean paste on... More
