Was there with a friend for dinner. The food was great and the service outstanding. Its a good value for money. The steak was perfect, the way I like. I loved their brown bread with pumpkin. The crem brulee was superb . I am totally satisfied with the experience.

Food is terrific here and the service is prompt and courteous. Having said that....We were talked out of sharing a salad as portion would be too small. However, the entrée was enormous. Mentioning that would have been nice. Wine by the glass selection is excellent, but my estimate is that we paid $12 a glass for a $16 bottle at... More

I'm often in Chicago by myself and I often eat at the bar. The service and steaks at The Palm are always the best with prime beef, and the half and half, chips and onions are light, crisp and very, very tasty.

had the surf and turf last night with work colleagues. Great cab listing - Stags and Cakebread. The waiters did an appetizer trio for us. Ask them to make one for you.

The restaurant itself while iconic for its reputation, was worn and in need of an update. My 9 ounce filet was quite delicious and cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque was so so. It was not flavorful. My dessert, a bag of fresh, warm donuts, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar was to die for! I would recommend and return.

Good steaks, well prepared salads and veggies, average seafood and excellent service. The decoration, like in all Palm restaurants, is quite original as far as the portraits of past patrons drawn on the walls are concerned. Wine selection is very extensive. Price is on the expensive side. One drawback however. We were a group of 5 on business in Chicago.... More

I was staying at a neighboring hotel for business and wanted a decent low-carb lunch. The Palm had a delicious bunless burger served with mushrooms and asparagus that really hit the spot. With a side of creamed spinach and a glass of wine, the bill was around $35. Very reasonable for Chicago in my opinion. I was eating alone as... More

My baby son and I visited for lunch today and they were very accommodating. They found me a spot to fit the pram (stroller) and were very friendly. Service was a little slow for me because when I have my son with me I like to be quick, but if I was on my own it would have been fine.... More

We had the seared Ahi Tuna appetizer, and the lobster tail with a side of grilled artichokes for the dinner. Very delicious. We had a great big beautiful view of the city north of the river, and fireworks to top it all off! Service was absolutely perfect even though we were the only ones sitting outside on a gorgeous night!
