Great Itlalian family dinner

We went because it was within walking distance of our hotel. Chicago South Loop Hotel. Nice service, it was slow but worth the wait. We even shared a tiramisu & canoli. Good value for money.

This was the best Italian food we ever had. Everything homemade by mother and son who own this local restaurant in the Chinatown section of Chicago. Would definitely like to come back here on our next visit to Chicago.

Truly part of the neighborhood, Bertucci's makes you feel like you just stepped into 1960's Chicago. Great atmosphere and very relaxed, the locals love this place; they have regulars that have been coming in for years. The menu is simple and hardy and the prices are very reasonable. The service was so friendly and heartwarming that I felt like I... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown may be one of Chicago’s smallest neighborhoods geographically, but it's big on character, colors, sights, sounds, and flavors. In this South Side neighborhood, you’ll find authentic Chinese restaurants dotting the length of Wentworth Avenue. After a meal of dim sum, noodles, duck or other tantalizing food specialties, satiate your visual appetite with dozens of public art sculptures sprinkled throughout the neighborhood ranging from animal structures to pagodas, a tile mosaic, Chinatown Gate, and a Buddhist Temple.
