Dim sum

Good food, nice atmosphere. We went with a party of three and ordered Dim sum. The only thing I would not get again is the coconut jello, as it made my stomach upset. Fried tarro is pretty awesome.

I am a frequent regular here. They have the best dim sum and chinese dinner. I'm chinese and each time I eat here it brings me back to my childhood with my family back in California. Dim sum is a must on the weekends. You have to try it all.

Great food! We had the opportunity to try several dishes. My husband's first experience with Dim Sum - he loved most of the dishes we tried.

Phoenix is a very good restaurant for authentic dim sum. We must've ordered 9 different dishes -- from classics like pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings to less popular dishes -- and 6-7 of 9 are as good as you'd find in a dim sum hall in Hong Kong. We were a party of 7 and the bill turned out to... More

Finally came here for dinner, only on word of mouth. I should of read the reviews, first! Below average Chinese food. Service was quick and speedy. But, I only think it was because there was event coming that same evening. Chicken Vegetables had no taste and the chicken was just not that tasteful and seemed processed/gummy like. BBQ pork was... A nice restaurant with very inviting decor and friendly, attentive staff. The food was good -in particular I liked the shrimp-chive dumplings, shrimp crepes, the red bean sesame balls, the lotus balls, taro cakes and turnip cakes. Had a great time!

We love going to China town for Dim Sum, on a resent visit our regular place was closed so we tried Phoenix. We waited about 30 min for a table, the food carts were busy. We like to try just about everything and it was all good, just a little slow for the good stuff, like the shrimp crepe, and... More

Brought some friends from out of town who were happily delighted. The variety is incredible and the food is great. The fish with garlic and soy sauce is mouth watering. I can't remember the name of all the dishes that we had but it may not even matter, they were all good!

Short Story: Really enjoyed Breakfast here. The 'crepe' style with the crispy center was our favorite. Wonderful textures. The egg tarts were so delicate, flaky and fresh ...also worth the trip for. Pork Buns were a notch above what I've had elsewhere. Again, obviously fresh makes a big difference. My big adventure: chicken feet in special sauce. Think Asian chicken... More
