we went for the cinnamon rolls i rate them at 10! If you like a tiny crunch outside with melty soft cinnamon/sweet buttery pastry taste in the middle this is a must on your list! They give you extra icing for dipping too!! Friendly service YUM!

Sunday morning breakfast with the darling daughter before driving the husband to ohare. Yum! Fast service, hot food and really good coffee! Comfortable tables not too packed in and good selection on the menu. We were in a hurry so ordered promptly. Mexican omlet, which my husband said was the best he's ever had, that's a complimentL Swedish breakfast sampler... More

Got there early enough on Sunday morning that we didn't have to wait at all. Food was ok, Cinnamon rolls did not dissapoint. Really like the fact that they have their own parking area that is watched over.

We ate at this restaurant during our trip to Chicago in September. It was a very neat experience. Swedish themed (we went for breakfast) and the novel thing was that they actually served Cinnamon Buns with your food as "Sides". The Cinnamon Buns were excellent and filling and did not disappoint. My favorite part of the meal! Apparently this place... More

I was wrapping up a visit to Chicago and the concierge recommended a Swedish breakfast at Ann Sather. Intrigued, I figured, "why not?" The restaurant was pleasantly crowded when I arrived. But the breakfast menu seemed like most others Id seen, with the exception on Swedish pancakes with Ligonberry syrup (they were good). Worth a trip, but don't get your... More

Couldn't go back to Chicago and miss another chance to have breakfast at Ann Sather. There's a new location on Broadway, just south of the Best Western at Hawthorne Terrace.

We were in Chicago visiting my Grandson. This restaurant is within walking distance of his apartment. We ate there both mornings and it was wonderful both times. There is a great variety of entrees to pick from, as well as their fantastic pastries. The service was great and it is just a really good place to eat.

This place is a zoo! So crazy busy, it's a bit hard to focus. The service was excellent, the menu was varied and everything sounded good. I settled on the eggs benedict and homemade cinnamon rolls on the side. Food came out super fast and it was delicious. I had to take a cinnamon roll home and they offered a... More

We were in town to visit my step-sister, and she said, "We HAVE to go to Ann Sather. You're not going to believe it." So we did, and I didn't! The cinnamon buns were delicious. The rest of brunch was fantastic, too!
