Cafe Ba Ba Reeba is best shared with a group of friends, but I imagine it'd be perfect even on a romantic date. We had about 8 in our party and we were able to experience a wide variety of dishes. The pitchers of Sangria are really reasonable if you're splitting, but not too pricey even if you aren't. You... More

This restaurant is fantastic!! I loved every dish that we tried. The bacon wrapped dates were delicious, the short ribs were so tender, you could cut them with the fork. And the octopus!! I was expecting something rubbery but they were wonderful. We also tried several desserts- the marcona tart was everyone's favorite!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and... More

If you choose this restaurant for it's fame... Please, this is not the spot if you have the sense of culinary "tapeo" the worst "flavored" sangria. Tastes like Lipton tea and drops of wine. Viva Cafe Iberico.

The food was delicious and the pallea was best I have ever had. They did mess up on our order, but the manager handled it like a boss. All the staff was friendly and pleasant, atmosphere was fun. If I lived in Chicago, I would be a regular here.

After 23 years we returned and found this place just as amazing as we remembered it being. If you have no clue what a "Tapas Bar" is it is generally a Spanish themed restaurant with smaller portions that you share. We started with the shrimp and deviled egg "Pintxos". Fabulous. Order a shrimp "Paella" when you sit down as it... More

There were 5 of us that dined here just last night and it was a great restaurant! The menu is fairly large with a lot of great offerings. Two of my friends lived in Spain for a few years and this place definitely took them back. We ordered about 8 different things and it was all very tasty & the... More

This Tapas restaurant is one of the best I have ever eaten at. The food was fresh, wonderful tasting and very nice portions. The short ribs were the best ever with that nights Chilean sea bass special exceptional. All the dishes were well prepared with a delightful presentation. Try the Carmelized bananas dessert if you have room.

My best friend took me here while visiting her and her boyfriend in Chicago. We love tapas-style meals and sharing food, so this was perfect. We probably ordered about 10 things off the menu and a couple pitchers of Sangria, and everything was delicious. The meatballs, however, were definitely the crowd pleaser. We ordered two rounds of those. Don't know... More

Everything was great here. We ordered just a couple things and once we tried those we ordered more things to try! It was our first time trying it and someone on the train told us about this place and boy am I glad we got to try. I have told other people visiting Chicago to make sure they check it... More

The tapas and lively atmosphere at Cafe Ba Ba Reeba provided us with a great backdrop to meet up with friends over interesting food. We especially enjoyed the bacon covered figs, the empanadas, and the nice selection of vegetable options. Good, attentive, but not overbearing service. Recommend trying to get a seat outside on their porch, and booking ahead.
