Delicious Pizza

This place was recommended by our B&B host who told us not to be put off by the exterior appearance. It did look a little rough. The restaurant is in a basement type premises. I had the spinach salad which was quite good. My friend and I shared a small Bezerkley Pizza. Small was almost more... read more

This was recommended by a local. It was walking distance from our location and we walked downstairs and felt right away like we were in a favorite neighborhood haunt! The menu offered lots of delicious options for pizzas, all home made. They had a ton of beers to try, both in the bottle and on tap. The staff were professional,... More

A short walk from the hotel and well worth the visit. GREAT pizza and a very cool atmosphere. The staff were super friendly. Very reasonably priced.

Fabulous arugula salad and artichoke pizza "berzerkely". A bit too hipster and the entrance a bit scary, but cozy interior if vey dark.

Loved the thin crust pizza, tried deep dish elsewhere this was far better! Definitely a highlight to our trip and after visiting Lincoln Park Zoo.

Wife and I dropped in here because it was close to our city apartment as the 5th best snow storm on record started in Chicago. It was perfect mix of very good beers (I preferred the Belgium choices, both on tap and bottles here), fresh salads and commendable pizza. Friendly waitress was very attentive without ever being interruptive. Bartender knew... More

Service was very sloooow ... waitress was curt but later apologized and said that they were short on staff that night. ok, I can handle that. Wish they had deep dish too.

Delicious gourmet pizza in a thin-crust variety is sure to delight your tastebuds. Fresh ingredients. Extensive beer & wine selection and a knowledgeable waitstaff. Love it here!

We arrived without any reservation and were seated quickly but stone-faced staff. Once seated it took a good while for our waitress to come over and take drinks orders, which we then added Appetizers to. The waitress barely made eye contact with us at all. We then finally ordered our entrees when she came back with the drinks. When we... More

We stumbled upon this place because the bar adjacent to it had not opened yet, and we needed to eat. We sat at the bar and quickly discovered this place had some wonderful craft beers served in their appropriate glasses after having been poured in the correct manner. We took the recommendation of the young man working behind the bar... More
