Delicious gourmet pizza in a thin-crust variety is sure to delight your tastebuds. Fresh ingredients. Extensive beer & wine selection and a knowledgeable waitstaff. Love it here!

We arrived without any reservation and were seated quickly but stone-faced staff. Once seated it took a good while for our waitress to come over and take drinks orders, which we then added Appetizers to. The waitress barely made eye contact with us at all. We then finally ordered our entrees when she came back with the drinks. When we... More

We stumbled upon this place because the bar adjacent to it had not opened yet, and we needed to eat. We sat at the bar and quickly discovered this place had some wonderful craft beers served in their appropriate glasses after having been poured in the correct manner. We took the recommendation of the young man working behind the bar... More

This was or first visit to Brick's even though we stay at a hotel about a block away when we are in the city and we were not disappointed. You go down to the basement and you are in really nice, dark club-like place. The pizzas were very good, as was the pasta, and the prices were appropriate.. Our server... More

I've visited Brix pizza while in town filming a television show for the travel Channel. At first entry into the place it doesn't look like someplace really want to go kind of in a basement dark but when she got in there the atmosphere was outstanding. The pizzas a thin crust it's not the traditional Chicago deep dish which made... More

With Chicago unfortunately awash with vile deep dish pizza establishments, Bricks is consistently a breath of fresh air. Although thin crust pizza is catching on in Chicago, hardly anywhere is as tasty and light-feeling as Bricks. Chicago restaurants seem notorious for excess, but Bricks really hits the mark by giving you just enough without overdoing things. I come here all... More

We took the 22 bus within 1 bock of the restaurant. Way cool place! Walk down a dark stairwell into a wonderful restaurant. Excellent waitress helped us with directions too! Would go back in a heart beat.

It was good pie but it felt like a scene from Hostil when going in. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere inside the bar felt like an old speak easy.

My wife and I have been here twice now, and each time was awesome . For starters, you have to try the slutty ravioli! The spices and extra cheese are to die for! Also, I've had great experiences with their pizza. One of my favorites is the "Sweet Heat Pizza" with chicken, barbeque sauce, jalepenos, bacon and gouda cheese. It... More
