We stopped in mid-morning at the Corner Bakery on State Street for a quick breakfast before going shopping on Michigan Avenue. The bakery was only half-packed. We ordered our food at the counter and then were seated while the food and coffee drinks were prepared. Then, someone brings everything out to your table. My wife had the Muesli and loved... More

Most definitely the place to go if you are a cookie-lover like myself! The only thing that will hold you back is the choice that they have available!! You can easily be swayed by their other ‘goodies’ they have on sale but all I can say is don’t be tempted – stick to your guns and go for the tried... More

This was a great stop for a quick breakfast. We had the french toast which was delicious and much cheaper than the food in our hotel.

They food was pretty good. A little pricey. Don't sit outside unless you want to be literally attacked by pigeons.

Long weekend in Chicago in early August...first time in town, spotted a number of these Corner Bakery restaurants. All of them busy. Great All American Scramble, & I was introduces to "Swiss Oatmeal" cold! Love it. Could use a larger variety of fruit juices. Hectic in the morning. We didn't do lunches. Will have to save that for another time.... More

I wish we had one in Baltimore. There was one literally on every corner in Chicago. From breakfast food to their sandwiches at lunchtime, I have never had a bad meal there yet. A great value. Clean and very friendly staff.

Not all that different from a Panera type location, but somehow the menu here was a bit more unique than a box type breakfast store. The outside dining was pleasant and the Anaheim Scrambler made to order with egg whites was nice.

We needed a quick bite before the architectural boat cruise so we stopped here. It was definitely quick. Not a lot of gluten free options but I did have a good salad. It was a bit pricey for what I actually got. Upscale fast food basically.

Delicious, fresh, made to order and the sandwich is huge. Lots of great things on the menu here for breakfast and lunch - very good quality and taste.

I usually love this place but lately it's been a big let down! Went for breakfast and it was awful!!! The bacon wasn't whole slices, couple pieces of potatoes is what they call hash browns with mostly onions, must have scraped the bottom of pan, eggs were horrible!!! I mostly go to downtown one where food is good! Take a... More
