Our family went here on a Saturday evening. We didn't have to wait, and our server was attentive to our needs. He didn't write down our order but then forgot a few things. He was apologetic, though. The food was descent although I though a little on the pricey side. I guess most people go for the atmosphere. I was... More

My husband and I stopped in last week for date night and were left underwhelmed, to say the least. It doesn't take a lot for the two of us to have a good time, but the staff here definitely wasn't interested in helping us out. We decided to eat first and then settle a few bets regarding our air-hockey skills.... More

I have been in and out of this chain for years. The place used to give off a feeling of excellence for a game bar. That seems in the past at this point. Still lots of arcade games for kids to keep busy, which distracts them nicely. Not a sports bar so hard to watch any games unless you are... More

Held an event here for work on a Saturday afternoon for a group of 50+people. Banquet room worked well. Staff was very responsive to everything - thanks Keisha and Patrick. General manager - Dan - was his name - I think, checked in several times and was super helpful. Audiovisual equipment worked easily. Served the group the fajita bar with... More

When we walked into the first main door no one was ANYWHERE, so we headed up an escalator, but no one was there to greet us so we were very confused about where to go. The food was very good. The point card system was iffy. You don't get many points for the amount of money you pay, some games... More

The food was very good and reasonable. Our server was outstanding! We added the $10 token option to our meals, which saved a little money. If you go here, expect to spend money on more than just your meal. It is quite addicting once you spend a few tokens. You have to load money onto cards in order to play... More

We had a work function at Dave and Buster's on Clark Street in Chicago and frankly, the place has seen better days. Everything seemed tired...there was nothing fresh or new. The ambiance, the games area, the facilities, the service...all of it was stale. When we entered the building, there was no to direct us to where we needed to be.... More

The food was great! Service was o.k. (we went later in the evening so our server may have had a long day). LOTS of fun for the whole family in the arcade area!

The food is good and reasonably priced. The kids have the best time going from game to game, winning tickets. At the end they can trade them in for prizes or just put they on their card and keep accumalating points. The game area has a bar for the parents to get a drink at while still watching the children.
