My sisters and I all had different entrees and appetizers and all has fabulous food. Everything from Sushi to Thai food. The view of Lake Michigan was really spectacular. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of 900 North Michigan - an upscale shopping center.

Excellent location (downtown Chicago), good service and Delicious Thai food. I am a vegetarian and always order Green Curry with Tofu and Veg fried rice. Veg Maki is also a good option for starters. They have a good drinks menu too. Ambiance is nice. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Chicago downtown and looking for Thai food.

The green curry with tofu was good, but my husband got the buffet which LOOKED good, but was cold and everything was dried out. It was a great location and sitting by the window offered a fantastic view of the city. If only the food had been as good as the view.

The charm of having thai food is the authenticity of the food and the experience itself. This has an excellent location, beautiful atmosphere, however the food was unlike any thai I've had before, lacking in flavor and authenticity. I would go for the drink specials, which was very delicious and affordable. I used a groupon and was glad I did.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Thai Restaurant hidden on the 6th floor of a department store building. The food and service were excellent and the prices were very reasonable. My only caveat is that the spice level is definitely Americanized. We ordered dishes labeled "hot", and found them to be far less spicy than those we have been served... More

It was awful experience, no wonder this restaurant is always empty. I have got a server names "Melissa" who could not even speak english properly. Anyway, I ordered the soup and the entree, after the 30 minutes wait I got entree. 10 minutes later I got the soup which was already cold- unusual since dont appetizers/soup come before entrees? Then,... More

We had a really great meal for 3 yesterday. The crabragoon was the best that we have EVER had. The rest of our meals were very good as well. We will return the next time that we are in Chicago. The service was really good. I recommend this place for sure.

the price was decent especially since we had a coupon for $25, but the quality of the food we had was slightly below average. The hostess however was very friendly and provided excellent service.

I feel this is a highly underrated restaurant. The food here is awesome. The location is awesome and the drinks are cheap. I have no idea how they manage this but I am not complaining. Big fan!

Had a family outing of five on a recent Saturday night. Only two other tables, of approximately 20, were occupied. Venue is an elevated restaurant court within Bloomingdale's. Our party had orange chicken, garlic shrimp, and Mongolian beef, among others. Food was attractive and well-prepared, but lacked any particular Thai identification. Perhaps this is because Baisi Thai, despite its name,... More
