I enjoyed my food, great service. They prepared one of my favorite dishes though it was not on the menu! When we arrived, it was crowded, we had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival.

Kiki's Bistro has been in business over 45 years. Kiki is 82 years old and greeted us when we arrived. Our service was excellent. For a French restaurant - you get plenty to eat. I had the scallops and my husband enjoyed the chicken. Our chocolate dessert was wonderful. The restaurant is within walking distance for us. We hadn't been... More

Kiki's Bistro is an adorable little French-style bistro, noticeable by the sweet little 50s bug parked outside. Mr. Kiki is a wonderful and caring man. I had chicken and fries, and split several desserts, mousse, and little cakes. Some friends I was with, as well as myself, spent much of the time gawking over and about the food. It's amazing.

This restaurant provides really good, traditional French cuisine. We had a group of 8 on 11-15-14 and all were pleased with their meals. There was some argument whether the French onion soup was great or just fair but the rest of the meal was punctuated with groans of pleasure. The seating is tight but adequate. Service was nearly perfect with... More

Kiki's Bistro at 900 North Franklin, between Walton and Locust on Chicago's Near West Side, has been around for more than 20 years. It was brought to us by the same gifted chef who established Le Bourdeaux on Madison Street and later on Michigan Avenue. So why did it take so long to discover Kiki's Bistro? Friends tipped us off... More

Kiki's has been around for many years. Why I haven't visited until just recently - I don't know. I will be back for sure... When I see onion soup gratinee on a bistro menu - I order it. When prepared well, it's rich and sublime. Kiki's version was - rich and sublime. A thick top layer of cheese, dark intense... More

The proprietor warmly welcomes you to his comfortable, intimate bistro, and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. The food is consistently excellent, well prepared and presented, and very, very tasty -- Our group had steak, fish, and other dishes, and everything was delicious. The wine selection is superb. You won't be disappointed with a visit here!

We've been fans of Kiki's for 20 plus years. Last night was way above expectations. The atmosphere has always been quiet and comfortable with nice spacing and flattering lighting. The linens and table settings are crisp and fresh. The floors shine and the staff is quietly friendly and helpful. The food is what's just at the top these days. Four... More
