A nice Evening out

We hadn't been to Kiki's in almost 6 years, so we were looking forward to seeing if it had changed much. It hasn't! The service was attentive, but not overwhelming. Given the good reviews and my friend's great experience on her last visit, we were looking forward to a delightful dinner at Kiki's. The restaurant's visual appearance is a melange of classy/casual with a charming crowd of mostly baby boomers. At the table, we were greeted with a basket of bread. The bread was not warm, not soft, most likely... More

I remember many years ago when I went to Kiki's for the first time…liver is still the best I have ever had. Staff is a little cranky..but that's ok..kind of adds to the charm!

We’ve been to KiKi’s several times and always walked away satisfied. The food and service are excellent. We are always treated with cordiality and respect. The restaurant is a little off the beaten path by a few blocks but worth finding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is a place you can depend on!

We had a great pre-theater dinner at Kiki's Bistro. We arrived a little before the restaurant opened and were greeted by Kiki himself. He is a warm wonderful host. We sat at the bar and he chatted with us until 5:00 when the restaurant officially opened. The $29.50 three course early bird dinner is a great value. We each had... More

The atmosphere is so cozy and friendly, we can always get a table but it's always full, the menu is casual, country french, very accessible comfort food and reasonably priced. Skip the overpriced, over decorated restaurants in Chicago and enjoy a place with real atmosphere.

Very nice reunion with family here. Food and service were so nice we could just focus on each other. I recommend the Belgian Endive Salad and the Provencal Shrimp. Lovely.

Lovely French bistro with excellent {and authentic} food with a wine list well matched and affordable. The service is attentive and knowledgeable; kitchen willing to accommodate changes to items readily. Tried both coq au vin and casseoulet; oyster appetizer was interesting and very tasty. Daily specials were interesting. There is valet parking.

If you want to escape from the franchise restaurants and want to have a nice night out at a family owned restaurant than Kiki's Bistro is the place. The word Bistro to it might not give the right impression as its a bit more chique than a bistro. Authentic people and lots of locals seem to agree that it is... More

I enjoyed my food, great service. They prepared one of my favorite dishes though it was not on the menu! When we arrived, it was crowded, we had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival.
