stick with the menu, no changes...

We love the Cheesecake factory but what I found during our last visit is that you need to stick withe the menu and not make any changes if you want a flawless meal. I ordered the chicken parm and asked for no marinara sauce on the pasta, just olive oil. well the first time it came out it had... read more

Great place for desserts but the huge number of people and noise totally distract from the overall dining experience.

This is by far the most amazing cheesecake in the world. The variety is unbelievable. Had lunch here, and have to say the food was superb. Everything, from start to finish was perfect. Staff were so attentive, and even though it was really busy, we didnt feel rushed at all. I had the strawberry cheesecake, and my partner had carmel.

My daughter and I visited Cheesecake Factory after several friends and family members suggested it. The prices were decent considering the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant decor was interesting. They have an outdoor seating area with a view of a nice fountain. We sat inside. We ordered nachos, a mushroom Swiss burger, and a small pizza to split. We... I've visited Cheese Cake Factories in differing locations and have never been disappointed. The menu has got something for everyone and is extensive, quite how they maintain such a high standard in terms of quality is beyond me. The appetisers are more-ish and huge with the mains also of great portion size and top quality. It's a shame I haven't... More

We always enjoy the Cheesecake Factory. The entrees are decent and not overpriced. The desserts are the real winners and they are quite good.

In US Cheesecake factory is my favorite dinning place. Being a vegetarian the dinning options are very limited but I love their Salads and Veg Pizza. Their service is great and the staff is very friendly and courteous.

The service was average, and we didn't particularly like the interior decoration (the place had a kind of dark & gloomy feel to it). But the cheesecakes are great, and that's what counts, right?

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighborhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
