The service was very slow. I had the Paris omelet and was very pleased. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles. I tried the chicken, the breading was chewy on crispy and the chicken was very bland. What ruined it for us was the very slow service, and being treated as though we were the problem. They will be closed... More

"Accidentally" dropped by, was very, very, very surprised about the quality of the food and service and afterwards learned that this seems to be one of the best breakfast and lunch places in town. Now, that's an honor well deserved. Had their signature dish. Recommendable! http://www.foodspotting.com/reviews/4294418

A fantastic place for brunch. Excellent gluten-free options. Interesting menu. Friends took us there on our trip to Chicago and we liked as much as they did.

Ina's has always been at the top of my "must do" things when I'm in the Chicago area visiting my family. I made my final visit to the restaurant on October 26th, before Ina retires, and as always, the food and service were superb! My "heavenly hots" were just that. The thin pancakes melted as they touched my palate. They... More

Don't miss Ina's . She closes her doors on 12/31/13 and with her goes a remarkable Chicago institution: the home of the Breakfast Queen

I've been visiting Ina's since she had her location in Lincoln Park. The food is still phenomenal!! And very healthful. See her menu on her website. But warning, it's expensive. My last visit was breakfast for two: $65. But worth every penny. Also, the décor is great--sunny, bright, and Ina is a sweetheart!! Oh, and I am comparing Ina's Kitchen... More

It took a little bit to find this gem, but well worth the hunt. The decor was charming, the service was excellent, the food was outstanding. We went for breakfast and both had omelets. They were so tasty and fluffy. The tea selection was wonderful and you get your own little tea pot. You can linger as long as you... More

We saw this restaurant featured on the Travel Channel special about sausage. We decided to hit this place before we got on the road to go home. So glad we did!! It was a bit outside downtown chicago, but right off the interstate that we took home. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but they offered free parking!! Our... More

I love going to Ina's, which is like a return to a beloved aunt for her heart cooking. Ina's warm smile almost always as there at the door, welcoming guests. Ina's is highly reliable with attentive customer service, excellent coffee, great omelets, homemade bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice. It's great for a group of just one or two people; you never...
