I really enjoyed the service and atmosphere the staff was very plesant. A simple breakfast was quite pricey. The food breakfast food that i ate was nothing special for me. Someone reccomended the bacon and a buddy tried it and said it was delicious. So you will have to be the judge.

This was our second choice for Memorial Day brunch, as the other option was closed for the holiday. We were told there was a wait for an outdoor table, which we had no problem with. But once we were seated, it took several minutes to get water. The person who provided the water took our drink orders, and said that... More

We had some really good food here. I had a salmon Benedict with excellent hollandaise sauce. The Italian omelet was another winner. Our kids had their favorites; Benedict Florentine and Benedict Carnitas. Plus a side of potato pancakes. All of this tucked into an old house on a very nondescript street. A true find as a "hole in the wall"... More

Wonderful little gem we just happened to stumble upon. We had some time to spare before heading to the Randolph Street Holiday Market and were looking for near buy breakfast places that were not Denny's etc. this one was only two miles away! When we arrived the area seemed so so but it looked cute and it had good reviews.... More

We were seated after waiting only about ten minutes. Took almost that long to attract a wait person, and almost an HOUR to be served our breakfast ! Food's ok, nothing exceptional, but by the time the food arrived we were ready to leave. Mentioned our wait to the owner, but he didn't seem to be concerned. Won't go back.

I walked 2.2 miles to get to this place based on the on-line menu. It was way more affordable than the hotel restaurants in the city. The walk was scenic through a mix of commercial and residential areas. The specials of the day were cheese grits, pork belly omelet, chicken and waffles and I don't recall the rest. The good:... Introduced to The Breakfast Club by our family living in the neighborhood. Great food and atmosphere. The staff was very quick and attentive. Having been there five times over three visits to Chicago I have determined my favorite menu item is the "pigs in a Blanket" They use Swedish pancakes to make them and they are very good. Parking lot... More

Definitely a world away from Michigan Ave., but just a 10 minute bus ride down Grand Ave. Friendly people in the best tradition of Chicago, really good breakfast grub at a fair price. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and had no service issues. Pork belly benedict and pumpkin pancakes, yumm!!

This is a great place for breakfast. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. An intimate setting in an old house. It has a very creative menu and the food is perfectly prepared from scratch with the freshest ingredients. Try the amazing stuffed potato pancakes!
