Had less than an hour before an appointment and wanted good Greek seafood in a hurry. Did not disappoint. Great Greek salad and a lovely steak and shrimp dinner. Wish I had more time and dining companions to try out more things. Have been here before and want to bring my spouse or friends next time.

Santorini offers a patio and a 2 tiered inside seating arrangement that feels like a villa in Greece. Excellent service compliments excellent food and generous servings. Must do the Saganaki! The combo platter has the best of everything, dare you to finish it all. Great experience.

Every time we visit Chicago, we go to Greektown to experience "home" away from home. We get our batteries charged in the Greek atmosphere of Halsted street! At this visit, we tried Santorini intrigued by the outdoor seating! It really felt as if we were in Santorini. We ordered a horiatiki salad, sausage, octopus, and variety cold dips. Everything was... I'm a Greek at heart and love exploring Greek neighborhoods in different cities. We liked Santorini so much that returned there again after two days. It's a cozy taverna decorated with village kitsch, yet it makes the experience warm and agreeable. The food was terrific; loved grilled octopus and calamari, delicious horta and fantastic Santorini chicken baked with tomatoes. Generous... More

I love Greek food and I didn't have super high expectations as other restaurants I had been to in Greek town had been fine but ordinary. I would have been happy with fine but ordinary. Our friends like the place and made the reservations for a busy Sunday. We arrived at 5:30 after a concert for our 6 pm reservation... More

Santorini’s in Chicago’s Greek Town is no exception to the general run of the mill, cheap food, arrogant service and unimaginative taste in venue and meals. But it has a saving grace. They have good olive oil. It is Greek oil, and they assert that it comes from their family farm in Greece, but wherever they get it, it has... More

I had read the reviews of this Greektown restaurant and since my true first choice would of been Diana's, which had closed. We ventured to this little gem. The saginaki and avogolomeno soup were excellent, some of the best I have ever been served. The fried calamari was extremely fresh and made to perfection. Will definitely venture back here again.
