This place is always busy. We were there for a quick lunch. The service was very good, checking us time to time if we need anything and if we are happy. The deep dish pizza was delicious and definitely a different experience. I was only not happy with their wine choices which could be better.

We ate there with my family while in Chicago. The place was very clean and service was friendly. The pizza is amazing! There are 4 of us and we could not finish the 8 slice pizza. The pizza is so thick with mozerella and goodness, it fills you up fast! Definitely love this place!!!!

I like the deep dish here because it was the first place I went too when we came to Chicago, the pizza was thick how I like it, and the crust was soft. It takes 45-60 mins to make. I ordered the cheese and spinach small. I could only eat 2 slices and ate the rest the next day.

I got a seat outside the restaurant, where I saw some heaters, but the staff denied to turn on some of them. Nevertheless, the pizza was good.

Everyone we talked to told us we HAD to try Giordano's pizza while in Chicago. So, after walking around Navy Pier we came to try it out. If you haven't called ahead, be prepared to wait; we arrived around 7:00pm and had to wait about an hour. They have a patio area where you can wait and enjoy some pops... More

This Giordano's is located in the best spot. After putting our names in around 10pm, we walked with our kids to the amazing downtown parks a block away. Forty minutes later we were in our seats and enjoying the still buzzing restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic; she posted two pictures our daughters colored for her in the employee area which... Great food, don't be in a hurry. Go early to beat the crowds. They have patio tables. Lots of servers, lots of energy

Just amazing!! I have been to Italy and Greece and this was by far the best pizza I have ever had! We had a heads up, but some customers at the restaurant didn't know how the process works...if you are there around peak times be patient! You will order and then might have to wait 45 min before you are... More
