We dropped by for a quick beer before the Cubs Game. My first time here. I was blown away. The beers are so uniquely crafted and hit all the right buttons for body, flavor, color and finish. Our server ( Cynthia ) was absolutely wonderful and very helpful she recommended some Wings which were over the top. Talk about "... More

First let me say we enjoyed this place. Great selection of beers , great service and a nice Chicago Bar ! Wings were good but they boast their wings as the best ever and have awards hung behind the bar are numerous. I tought they were a bit over priced for what you get. About $12 for 8-10 wings. I... I rarely take the time to give reviews but my experience in this establishment warrants one. I had the pleasure of eating here twice over a long weekend and both times the food was very good and the prices were lower than other restaurants in the area. The drinks were very good as well, a extensive beer menu and they... More

We stopped here for dinner because we were looking for wings, and they touted a sign boasting "Chicago's Best." Ordered wings, pizza and potato skins...nothing creative...and it was all awful. AND, I'd that weren't bad enough, the service was non existent. No silverware, no plates, no refills, nothing. There's a million restaurants downtown, don't waste your time and money in... More

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday morning. The two things I noticed about the wings that are a little different than most places was a little more crunch and the sauce was slightly thicker and stays on the wings better. Very good flavor. Service was great.

I asked "tripadvisor" for help finding a bar/pub after my 23 year old noticed that everywhere we went he was the youngest person. We wanted to find a place to hang out for all ages. Jake Melnick's was perfect for us. We were all comfortable the moment we walked in. The service and atmosphere were spot on. We had the... More

A very fun place to be with friends and eating wings and drinking beer. Don't just try the traditional wings. I loved the peanut butter and jelly wings! Very innovative twist and taste's excellent. Casual and fun.

The smell of good food greats you as you enter the restaurant. It was a busy Saturday night, but our wait was only 10 minutes. The food portions were large and great beer selection. The service was good. The sloppy pig did not disappoint. Would definitely visit again.
