Spent a Monday evening here, as recommended by an old friend I'd not seen for a long time. Great choice of beers, which were helpfully described and recommended by the excellent table waiting staff. Good food too at reasonable prices. If my review has helped you, please reward me with a "Helpful" vote - thank you.

It's more of an American sports bar. Food was average too. Decent selection of beer and lots of tvs for sports, pool tables too for 1.25

Four of us went for dinner one night. I had a french dip which was just so so. The other three who were with me enjoyed their food. Waitress was pretty good, although a little cold as far as personality goes. Overall, a good experience. Would go back and get something besides the french dip though.

All bit a bit bigger. I love stopping in here for a quick bit or beer while in Chicago. The menu has a lot of great options, service is always quick, and they have a great selections of beers.

Met with friends midday on a Friday. What a great atmosphere; Irish pub meets sports bar with 70 HD tv's. Much larger menu variety than I expected. Enjoyed the pulled pork on a pretzel bun with house chips. We also enjoyed the Michigan Avenue Salad. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fun without being as loud as many... More

Traveling in Chicago on vacation this weekend and found this place via TA. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. There is a minimum per person purchase ($20 I think) on days with major sporting events or when the local teams play. Call ahead and make sure you don't get screwed. Split an order of 10 spicy flavored bone... More

I was traveling alone so I ate and had a beer at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Plenty of TVs to watch every imaginable sport. I watched LaCrosse while I ate. The food was good Irish Pub fare. Excellent choices in beer.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
