Quick Snack

The hamburgers, great selection, done rare if you prefer. French fries are crisp on the outside and soft (creamy) on the inside, reminded me of what McDonalds used to be.

My husband and I were in Chicago and visited this place on a Saturday evening. It was busy but we never had to wait for service. Lots of TV's playing sports. Seems to be a big Blackhawks fan hang out. The food was very good. We'd go back.

We stopped in here while the wives were out shopping on Mag Mile. Very efficient and friendly service. So many beers on tap - they change seasonally - and many more by the bottle. Good place to get away from the higher priced hotel bars in River North. Plus dozens of TV's and pool table. Cheers!

My hubby and I headed down to Chicago for a mini getaway to explore the city. I had previously went to Timothy O'Toole's during a girls trip so I knew it would be fabulous spot to watch some football that weekend. We were impressed....the place was packed and had great specials during the game. We ended up having some hummus... More

Not my first visit to Timothy O'Tooles...I was shocked to find I had not yet reviewed it. I wish I could review more of the menu than the wraps and the beer, but both are so good, I just do not stray each time I visit this establishment. All of the salads can be made into wraps. The combinations on... More

We came looking for a place to watch the Blackhawks game and came back 2 more times during our trip to drink. The bar staff is very friendly and some are great to look at. The drinks are solid, great beer selection, and plenty of tables. They have pool tables as well. We found a new go to bar when... More

My wife and I ate and had a few beers there when staying at the Hyatt right around the corner. This is a great place to eat, drink and watch any game you can catch. We went back the next day and watched football on Sunday till the Hawks game. Great atmosphere to watch the games and have a few... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
