Great Irish Pub

Nice and dark with lots of Guinness concoctions! The bar upstairs had some music and was much less crowded than the lower level.

I took a chance and booked this for a 50th wedding anniversary party. I am local but had never been there but after reading a review in the Tribune decide3d it sounded good. My guests.... including the honorees...had flown in from Jackson Hole Albany NY and L.A. so I had pretty high expectations. The service was wonderfully attentive without being... More

Food was great throughout the meal. The risotto appetizer was creamy without being too rich, and the pieces of pork shank were perfectly cooked. I especially loved the sear on the foie gras that accompanied the duck breast entree. Dessert was a perfect; the gateau basque was not too sweet, and the accompanying brown butter ice cream was just amazing.... More

We picked this restaurant based on reviews on OpenTable. Naha has a pleasant atmosphere and we had a great table by the window. Our server was very discreet and knowledgable on the food and helped with wine picks. I had the Hudson Valley foie gras and my husband had an ox tail starter and these were both amazing so we... We were in Chicago with my son and daughter-in-law and wanted to have a special dinner. Based on other reviews, we picked Naha. We arrived. There were many aspects that were disappointing. We ordered wine and we told that the wine we wanted was out and there were few wines at price point. How insulting can a waiter be. We... More

This was a very stylish and quite formal restaurant in a trendy part of the City. My husband and I were shown to a window table and our server was very friendly and efficient. I found the menu a little over complicated but opted for the corn soup with crab, bacon, sweetcorn and many other titbits to start, followed by... More

I was with a culinary group and the chef prepared a special tasting menu just for us. It was seven courses incuding two dessert courses. The food was fabulous, the chef came out and introduced herself and took photos with us. It was a great experience for culinary students.

I went to Naha with some colleagues from work for lunch and was very impressed. The service was top notch and attentive throughout the entire meal. The starters were a let down but the main entree quickly redeemed the meal. I had pork that was some of the most tender and flavorful meat that I have ever had. I would... More

Chicago like other big metropolitan cities can overwhelm foodies with choice and at lunch, Chicago is paradise like London: No shortage of good 1-star places to check out at reasonable cost. Accordingly, Naha was worth a visit but one does not feel 2 stars would be ever be in easy reach.

Had lunch here and was pleasantly surprised that there was a nice selection of American and eastern European food. The soup was simply outstanding. It was the highlight of the meal
