Good Pizza - Great Service

A colleague and I visited the Wacker location and sat outside - great view of the "Jetson"-like residential towers. We were really worried though because about 100+ people filed in for a private party just ahead of us, but the waiter assured us he'd look out for us, and he did! He recommended an... read more

The stuffed pizza is pretty good but in a city known for stuffed pizza it has to be. The atmosphere is nice and location right off Michigan avenue near the river it has all the right elements which makes you wonder why the restaurant was largely empty. The answer I believe is service. Although the waiter was nice it took... More

We had thin crust pizza because we didn't want to wait the 40 minutes for the stuffed/deep dish pizza. It was just OK. Wish we had tried the signature pizza.

The service was quite good and friendly. The starter of mushroom and rice was tasty. The pizza had a crispy base which O don't always like and was better picked up with the fingers (????) But, the dessert of chocolate was excellent.

I was at a conference in Chicago and was tasked with finding a place that 1) had vegetarian options 2) had "simple" food 3) had foodie food and 4) wasn't too expensive. Well, Bella Bacinos fit that very tall order. Our group of 10 was seated together in the back room and our waiter was attentive, though a bit overbooked.... More

I've been here before back in 2013 and it was better back then. I'm not sure what's changed but the menu was out of date (no special cocktails available) and the pizza wasn't as good as I remember. A couple nearby had to return their soup because it was cold. The interior also looks like it can do with a... More

I stayed at the Club Quarters hotel right next door and the guy at the desk promised that I would enjoy the pizza at this place, and he was right! I went for dinner and ordered the individual stuffed spinach pizza and it was fantastic. I sat in the back and it was cozy, but not too loud. My waiter,... More

Excellent kale salad and a great thin crust pizza! The waiter gave us a half salad, which was by no means small, but it was perfect along with the pizza. The pizza had 4 pieces but they were large pieces, enough if you are hungry. The service was a little slow for breakfast the next day, although, this was a... More

We had a break between a wedding ceremony & the reception and the hotel recommended this place for lunch. It turned out to be very good advice. The service was great, the food was very good, and the price was more than fair ($70 for five people for lunch). Everyone was happy with their meals: pizza, salads, cheese and meat... More
