Great thin crust pizza!

We caught them on an off night. They appeared to be short on wait staff as service was slow. The food was fantastic, however, especially the pizza! The crust is almost a cracker crust, thin and very crispy. Our waiter did everything he could to make up for the delay of our food. He even brought us... read more

I insist on going here every time I go to Chicago. I've tried other Chicago pizza places, but this is by far the best I've found in terms of quality and balance of the ingredients plus it is great value for the money. Other deep dish Chicago pizza places tend to be too heavy on the cheese, whereas this one... More

We were a large group that didn't have a reservation. We were hoping we could get tables together because this restaurant came highly recommended from one our group. We were mostly all from out of town and many had not had Chicago pizza before and we were told this was the place to go for it. We didn't mind waiting... More

It was convenient, and had a nice patio on the sidewalk where we could watch people going by and enjoy the view of the high-rises along the river. I had the lasagna with pancetta and mushrooms -- good sauce, could have used more mushrooms. My husband had the chicken parmigiana on a bed of pasta and sauce. It was very... More

The service was a little slow, but they were busy, whether that's a viable excuse or not, it was how it was. That being said, the server that we had was very personable and fun. She was from Ireland and, very much unlike me, I didn't get her name. The outdoor seating is right on Wacker and you get a... More

Located directly next to our hotel, Bella Bacino's was a convient, friendly place to eat. Nothing in Chicago is cheap, but the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately there is much construction going on at the time, but it was still nice to sit outside and have dinner.

Had lunch here after being introduced to their pizza on a food tour. I've had Giordano's and Gino's East numerous times, and Bacino's is just as good if not better. I had the stuffed spinach supreme, and it was delicious! I love their sauce, and the flavor of the spinach really comes through. My husband had the thin crust cheese... More

Recommended by a local boat tour guide, this small, sidewalk Bistro offered satisfying Chicago-style pizza and great service.
