We are big Pizzeria Uno fans and so getting a chance to eat at Pizzeria Due was very special for us. We ordered their special deep dish pizza and were very happy with it. We later ate at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria and ordered a similar pizza. My wife slightly preferred Pizzeria Due because of a more butter flavored dough. I... More

I am not a big fan of Pizza but heard about this place. And if are in Chicago, you have to try Chicago style Pizza. We were told that our "pre order" will be ready in about 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hrs!!! By the time we received our order, we all lost our appetite. Pizza was burned... More

Sampled the famous Chicago deep dish style pizza here, was to die for. Suggest the individual pizza's, as I didn't see many tables finishing off the large ones. Tasty wings too. Also a nice place to grab a beer if passing buy too.

This place is not all it's cracked up,to be. The service is slow as other waiters stand around doing nothing while ours try's to wait on four tables. The so called "deep dish" pizza rates three stars and is nothing special. I will say the minestrone soup was very good, though. The place is owned by UNOs the big chain... More

Sat at the bar during a rainy day in Chicago, and enjoyed a pepperoni deep dish. I am Italian, so was not too keen on trying the "Chicago deep dish" though I must say it was an interesting meal. Alex at the bar, gave great service

My husband and I came in on a Friday night, but we did get there early enough to get seated. The place was not crowded yet. However, it took forever to get our order. Meanwhile, the waitress talked us into ordering garlic bread as an appetizer until the pizza came. Perhaps that's part of their strategy. In any case, once... More

There was a long waiting line but they said we could pre-order so that food will be ready when we were seated. But it was not. Also the deep dish pizza (tried the most popular 'uno') was not that great. I have not tried it elsewhere yet but having long heard of this specialty, the taste was really mediocre.

Its a personal thing, but I like Due's the best. Be prepared to order your pizza right when you arrive, it takes about 40 minutes. They say that the larger the pizza, the better it tastes, and I agree. If there are just two of you at least get a medium, you won't regret it. Visiting with no place to... More

If you are trying to go to a "non" Pizzeria Uno type, a mom and pop place, then this is NOT a place to go. In fact, this is owned by Pizzeria Uno with the exact menu. I think it is misleading the way they present the whole thing. The service was lousy, it took 1.5 hours to get a... More

Great time. Went on Sunday night at 6:30. Got seated quickly. Long wait for pizza. Would recommend or ding appetizer and done small pizza for two people. Great atmosphere...sat in bar, service excellent. Not for a quiet romantic night and wouldn't bring kids as wait for food is too long.
